Waited 3.5 hours for a basic car service, turns out they broke something and had to fix it. Only found out cause I went to find someone for an update about what’s taking so long. My car was also sitting for 30+ minutes after they fixed what they broke, wasting more of my time.

I picked a vehicle online after hours, and got an immediate response from Mr. Price. He got me to a sales person Logan Bailey, after speaking to home, we met looked at a few cars, got a fair offer for my trade. They didn’t have the car I wanted, but they found one and had it shipped in next day. I went in there already approved the Navy Federal ( my own financing ) with what I thought was a good rate, George talked to me and saved me thousands of dollars with a lower interest rate. All involved in this transaction were awesome!!
Purchased a 2024 Subaru WRX Limited for my son.

Though I bought my tires online, MM subaru mounted, balanced, and installed them. Also did an alignment, all at a reasonable price.
They followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was OK.
I've had multiple vehicles serviced here, 13 crosstrek, 19 wrx, and 04 forester xt.
No issues.
No appointments made. Just pull up unannounced and they've taken care of me every time.
Subaru for life ftw.

I had to take my car to service center and Casey was great to work with at Subaru Shelor Motor Mile Service Center he was very attentive and knowledgeable as well as having great customer service! He was very professional and friendly I will continue to do service with them because Casey is top notch!
I also bought my Subaru Wilderness 2022 from Shelor Motor Mile and I am very pleased with my purchase! I made the purchase back in November 2023
