Edit to add 8/27/24: not a single employee has replied/reached out regarding the coolant intrusion ruining a perfectly good engine. I'm going to assume they can't be bothered to issue an empty apology knowing how unprofessionally I've been treated by Motor Mile Ford. WOW.
If I could leave zero stars with a review, I absolutely would. We purchased a 2015 Fusion back in May 2018. In December of 2022, the cylinder(s) began to misfire. I immediately advised Tiffany of the known engine issues and failures these motors have experienced. She insisted it was a faulty spark plug (stuck in place with dried up coolant fluid) and sent me on my way. Every 5-6 months, the brand new spark plugs continued to "fail" and every time, my concerns were ignored and overlooked. Fast forward to this most recent instance a couple of weeks ago: couldn't get Steve Costa to return my voicemails for 2 full days and when I finally caught him, he conveniently couldn't remember our most recent discussion where he insisted I ONLY ask for him, he wasn't even with Ford anymore. There's 3 days lost. Have the vehicle towed over at my expense 7/29/24 (wasn't going to risk damaging other components). Diagnostics weren't done until 8/2/24 and guess what: it needs a new engine (under 65,000 miles). Tiffany quoted me $8,700 but said Ford may provide some financial assistance (which they refused). So much wasted time, LOTS of wasted money and even more faith lost. They couldn't even show the tiniest bit of kindness and discount anything: the tow, the diagnostic fee or the rental I was forced to get just to have a vehicle (loaners are only for people who have bought brand new cars from them...eyeroll). The car was a complete loss to us aside from the extremely low trade in appraisal. If I ever buy a Ford again, it will NOT be through Shelor. Thankfully, the Subaru dealership was able to show us how car owners should be treated. I'll leave my glowing review for them separately.

Great customer service! Kept all promises made. Made repair in a speedy timeframe. Tech. Motivated to complete repair before time was promised for completion. Accommodated special needs of client. Advisor, Tom, was very professional, yet warm and friendly. I wouldn’t take my vehicle any where else for repairs. I bought my SUV at Shelors and would purchase future vehicles from them.
