This was my first time with shelor. Bought my jeep back in May. Staff was very friendly and gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes for my tire rotation and oil change. They were done in 40! I give them 5 stars for the efficient service and friendliness of staff. Quick efficient service is what I look for especially for routine maintenance services. I have had several new vehicles in my adulthood and have used these dealerships service center for my routine maintenance needs. I would easily wait 2 plus hours at some of these other spots for a oil change and tire rotation. I am hoping my return visits to Shelor are similar to this one. Awesome job! Keep up the great work.

I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 Warlock from Shelor in Pulaski. Mr. Dalton Frost was the young man that worked with us. He was very nice, courteous and patient. He made the process very pleasant. I cannot give this young man enough praise.
Mr Frost was the highlight of my experience with Shelor Motor Mile but I can’t say that about the rest of my experience.
I have learned a very valuable lesson with this purchase from Shelor in Pulaski. I will not ever purchase another vehicle from Shelor This is my forth vehicle and it most certainly will be my last.
But I have learned a very valuable lesson One being when purchasing a vehicle please look that vehicle over inside and out Top and bottom. Once you sign those papers regardless of what you find. You are stuck with the repairs. My truck was only 2 years old. But it is mine and I will fix it. But no more dealings with Shelor

Pretty happy with my trailer brake controller they installed in my RAM. Was more $$$ than I expected but the end result was flawless so I am okay with the price
