We purchased a mattress & box spring on Saturday. Phillip made the experience very easy. We appreciated the helpfulness without any pushy or intrusive sales tactics!

Bought a Serta bed, mattress, box spring, and frame, for my child. Box spring broke with in 18 months, it has a 10 year warranty. Made the claim Serta is willing to replace the box spring. But this Mattress Warehouse had made me pay $125 to make the exchange, the thing only cost $159. I might as well just bought another. I'm now 20 days without a bed, and still nothing on the way. Even after several calls and going down in person. Right after I post this I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. Don't shop here.

The staff and store manager were extremely helpful in getting our new mattress. They went above and beyond what I would have expected while also not being overbearing during the shopping process. We will be back to the location close to us for any and all new matresses

Phillip was super helpful! I called about a specific mattress which was showing as available/in stock online, however, they didn't actually have it in store. After hanging up, Phillip called back to let me know they had a similar mattress available and that he would honor the previous sale price for me since the original one I was looking for was not available. I really appreciate the great customer service from Phillip and will definitely recommend him to others! Thanks again!
