Good selection of grocery products but prices are high. Corporate greed as their profits are at record levels.

6/30/24- In general, I’ve had good interactions at this location. The staff is largely very friendly and helpful. Today, however, I was even more pleased with my experience. My drive up order was within its window, but my wait was a little longer than typical and the team member came right out to the car ready to apologize, told me there was a credit on my order for the delay, and proceeded to engage me in conversation about the upcoming holiday in a friendly and appropriate manner. I also went inside for an item I missed and another team member was glad to help me on a ladder, grab an item I couldn’t reach, and was also friendly and engaging. Customer service is very important to me and the reviews I give. I hope this location continues to maintain this level of superb customer service. The app has amazing coupons, they’re always well stocked, they take refunds on damaged items well, and will make rain checks if needed. I love their app interface for ordering my groceries for pickup and there’s always time slots available that suit my needs. 7/5/24- Did an in store shopping experience today and wow- this location is maintaining their 5 stars. The young man, Jeremiah, at the register was amazingly mannerly and kind and even conversed with my elementary-aged children. My wait time was swift and most of my items were in stock; as it’s a holiday weekend, a lot of grilling items were out of stock but my basics were available. Keep up the good work!

I used to really like Kroger, but their prices have gotten out of control. Target is much cheaper. And Kroger used to give 50% off on a single item if you only bought one of a "buy 1 get 1 free" special... not any more. So I'm buying as much as I can from Target, Aldi, Food Lion and even Walmart. I'll only shop at Kroger to get a few things that no one else carries.

Best Kroger in the area.

The produce and meat are of good quality. There is a wide variety of products to purchase and there is a reasonably sized area in the store for purchasing pots and pans and plates. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Would be nice if they had someone to stock the 2% milk… we can all see it sitting in the cooler. You also have to be careful when purchasing items with sell buy and expiration dates, because they keep things on the shelves too long.

This is my favorite kroger. I either go to this kroger or to foodlion in Christiansburg. I love both of these grocery stores, I can't pick a favorite so they are both my favorite.

Always workers around to help, today I think they were price checking, so there were like 3 people an isle. Only draw back is usually only one served check out, the rest are self checkouts. So if you dont like that, you may have to wait if theyre busy.

I wanted 4 piece of fried chicken and the lady behind the counter refused to serve the chicken she was standing next to. Instead, she pointed me to the previously packaged chicken in the cooler. Really?! I’m not good enough for the fresher fried chicken?! Not coming back here. They offer no made—to-order sandwiches here.

I'd prefer to go get groceries from a store where the self-checkout lady (we all know the one) doesn't harass all the customers in their ways out

It's not a bad store per se. Lots of decent foods and things to choose from. Some stuff is more pricier than other grocery stores but that's to be expected at Kroger's. I would give it 4 stars except for one thing I found disgusting and that was the ladies restroom. Paper towels scattered EVERYWHERE, the sink was covered in water. Every stall had a bunch of toilet paper just lying around on the floor and the floors needed to be mopped so BADLY. The best Kroger's I've ever been to was down in Westlake at Smith Mountain Lake. Too bad it's so far away to shop at.

Kroger's steadily has incredible staffing. This morning I was helped by a young man, Connor, who went out of his way to track down a product that, for me, was well hidden. He did it with a smile even though I know he interrupted his duties just to see that I got the best help possible. I was also helped by a young woman (but I failed to get her name) in the diary department (yoghurt) who also was well informed about her work. You have hired some great people! Kudos to Kroger's!
