I went in to do an Amazon return. The lady was rude and told me I had to walk all the way around the whole section there. I'm disabled and didn't take my cane but was limping by the time I got around it. Then I had to walk all the around it again to get out. I will paying for my Amazon returns to go to the ups store. I will not be shopping here ever!

My local Kohl's is small but mighty. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I could wish for a larger selection in the women's department but as a whole the store always has what I need. In any department.

Excellent customer service.One of the men carried a huge dollhouse to the counter for me. Then he put it right in my car. I fractured my wrist and couldn't do it myself. Thank you so much!
