Update: The preparer even managed to get our bank account number wrong (while staring straight at the checkbook) which resulted in a $35 return check fee…. I am fuming!?After getting my taxes done here today I’m not feeling confident that we paid for any sort of professional tax service. She did not understand what I was telling her I already have filled it out online just needed help with the direct deposit she did it for herself anyways and turn around and charge me $300 when I had done it cheaper online she did not listen to what I was trying to explain to her so she redone everything that I did and it was wrong

I kept my apt to only be told that the lady that was going to do my taxes had fallen and couldn't make it. Made another appointment for 4 pm. thought I was done only to receive a call Saturday morning telling me the lady that done our taxes got them wrong, made an appointment for a week and a half out. Not good business.
