This place is apparently more focused on gathering your private information than selling you something. I made a relatively small purchase there and was asked for my phone number when I checked out. I gave my usual response, "that is private". The cashier said I should make sure to keep my receipt, because otherwise I could not return the item. About a week later I attempted to return the item and was again asked for my phone number. Again I said that is private. The cashier said that they have to have my phone number in order to accept the return. I had the receipt as well as the credit card I used to pay for the item, but was told they could not process a refund. I will take my business to places that want my money more than my private information.

Wanted help with a power tool promotion, cashier gave wrong information. Manager rather break down boxes then help with a sale. So walked out empty handed. Couldn’t even tell me if the promotion was good online or not. Just poor customer service.

Just left. Tried to buy a helmet. Dude went on and on about getting my phone number. Fed up I said keep it. They can sit and turn on it. I said no, end of story. Shouldn't be so complicated to buy a item and leave

For 80% of what they sell, you really can't beat their prices/value, ESPECIALLY with proper coupon technique! Don't expect top-of-the-line "professional" quality tools (can't speak for their newer "upper-tier" tools however) and you'll be a fan in no time!
Staff is very friendly and helpful, but aren't paid enough to be rocket scientists, so don't expect them to be. FINAL CAUTION: Do not enter if you like tools AND have low self-discipline! XD

Customer service is lax depending on who's at the register. One day it's a lady in her 20's-30's who will metal-detect you to a specific item from the register- next day it'll be a guy who's be breathing the green who will have no idea where an item is.I'm thankful for the helpful ones, but the ones in the 7th dimension are wasting space.
