DONT TRY TO DONATE TO THE PEOPLE
they are super pickie
I understand them come to my dad home to pick up his furniture to clean out the house thinking I was doing something good.
The walk around the house and look at the stuff and ended up only taking two small items
They only look for it that they don't have to clean or do anything with but place it in there store to sell
Also the pick up people don't stay on schedule
My pick up was at 10 they finally showed up at 12 and was there 15 min.
They help no one in need

They have a bunch of junk. Mostly geared to men , nothing really good for women, and they do not lower prices on anything. Even if the item could go in a trash can. It will never sell.

Nice place some things are expensive other things are within the price range of most people can afford but a lot of stuff that I seen that I wanted was way too expensive

The ReStore is large and has a lot of furniture in reasonably good condition. There were a number of household items and appliances I think, but I didn't go into that section.

Christiansburg location is extremely overpriced (examples: $45 5 foot Christmas tree that the lights don't work on, $600+ appliances that are untested and very used, cabinets that are in pieces that home Depot sells for less brand new, same for flooring) not to mention, they have no bathroom? If you want better affordability and organization, the Roanoke location is 5 star.
