Finally found what we wanted and it was in stock! No waiting 6 to 9 months! Michele Warf was really helpful and was very knowledgeable about the product, made our visit a success. ThanksHad another visit this past weekend and found just what we were looking for after looking at other local stores and going all the way to Rocky Mount, which was a total bust, Bryan was helpful and made the process very pleasant, will never bother with the other stores again, total waste of time!

Bryan was excellent. He took time to help me find the right size chair for me. He took the time to help me understand all the features and benefits of each of my selections. I didn't buy on the first visit but went back and bought my chair there with Bryan. He is not going to use high pressure sales tactics or do bait and switch. I really appreciate his time, patience and assistance in helping me from opening the door for me to completing the sale. Grand Furniture has quality furniture for a good price, unlike other stores in the area. I will go back to this store and, specifically to Bryan for my next purchase.
