It's the local grocery store run by locals, it's has food and such. If your somehow choosing to go here based on reviews your either really high or this is your first time every buying food you had to cook yourself.

Always wish everywhere had everything I needed but otherwise a great grocery store. Well stocked, clean, good produce, and I've never spoken to an unfriendly or unhelpful staff member

Great old school store. there's no self checkout. You get actual cashiers. they are always nice. The prices are a bit higher than Walmart. Even with that, I do shop there at least 1x a week. I walk there in about 7min.
