He confirmed that he had all parts on hand and would be able to complete my repair within a few hours.When I returned to pick up my phone Alex was very patiently working with another customer. I appreciated his advice and composure with a customer who was clearly upset.My phone is in perfect condition, Alex gave me some recommendations for protecting my device, and I ready to go!
