One thing that I don't like is that a lot of the clothes rip three days after purchasing 90% of the time they typically rip in the crouch area arm pit area and side seams of the shirts. while they are reasonable on the prices for name brand items the quality of the clothes are not the greatest but they are affordable so...”

“I’m one of the happy customer for this location. I been buying since last twenty plus years ever since the store was in the other shopping center(now known as the market place).Today, I happen to stop by to pick up some cleaning supplies for my business and young man Cory was very helpful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I brought several items and he was genuinely delighted to see me buying from the Big lots. I used to buy things from the Home Depot but after two bad experiences in the raw with the customer service I have chose to spend my hard earned money at the Big lots. Plenty of parking, verity of items and the most favorite thing is great customer service urges me to shop more often here. I will certainly recommend them. Solid 10/10. Thank you Cory.”

“This store has some cool stuff and cheap but that store was in a real big mess. Clothes all over the floors and items on their shelves are in total chaos. I do believe it was all organized at one time but now idk what happened looked like a tornado hit it. Just saying.”

“Love it.. hate that it is so far from Roanoke. I do not like having to drive almost an hour to Christiansburg to shop. Bring a REAL HomeGoods to Roanoke.. not the 1/2 & 1/2 TJMaxx mix.. The store is great though.”
