Was just in the store as a shopper. The drink mixes were not with the water so I asked a employee where the mixes where. She took me right to them and said if your ready I'll check you out. My mouth dropped once the dog saw me scan the table. She said oh well you cam check your self out. If I wasn't doing that order for a customer. I would have dropped it all in the floor. Screw that disrespectful attitude. News flash to these employees. You are suppose to check out the shoppers. Read the contract you uneducated disrespectful fools

Not a very good pharmacy. They never have the medication and they tell is it will be in on a certain day and when we go to pick it up the say they still don't have it. I would NOT recommend.

I went to go pick up my medication this morning and apparently the pharmacy department was locked out of the pharmacy. Seriously. And nearly every time I go (which isn't often) it's at least a half hour wait.

Hate them and if Walgreens took my kid's insurance I would NEVER go back. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES AT MINIMUM TO STAND IN LINE WHILE YOU WAIT FOR MEDICATION THAT IS ALREADY READY. They cost me an appt for my 3-year-old at Carilion in Roanoke. I had 15 minutes to get in and get the meds and then hit the road (one hour drive from here to Roanoke). They caused me to get to the appointment after the 15-minute grace period they gave for being late. When I tried to reschedule the appointment, I couldn't get any sooner than January 2025 (it's April 2024). I hate you all for this who was there today. THEY ALL MOVE IN SLOW MOTION. THEY CLEARLY NEED MORE WORKERS. THEY HAD AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE THERE TODAY!
MY DAUGHTER'S DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN DELAYED ALMOST A YEAR BECAUSE THEY COULD JUST DO THEIR JOB AT A REASONABLE PACE!

I would give it negative one if I could. Needed a cpap cleaner that was in the case and the lady behind the counter said I'd have to come back after lunch because she couldnt open the case. She had the keys to do it but couldn't. So either cvs needs to train thier people better on how to open a simple display case or get better cases. If you lock items up , the store employees need to know how to open them. It was pretty bad. Absolutely not impressed with this cvs store by anymeans. Who has the time to stop and come back middle of a day to get a item that was available that morning. Sad thing.

Worst pharmacy ever.they constantly mess prescription up,if there's a problem they blame it on doctors or insurance, they will not problem solve any problems and leave it to you to figure out. I went through a lot of aggravation when all they had to do is call my insurance company and my issue would have been taken care of very quickly. They get nasty if you call them out or ask them to get things figured out.i moved to Walmart pharmacy and now I have no problems. Terrible pharmacy

Used this place for years with no problems other than they get busy at times. Trying now to resolve a computer/communication issue between CVS and the DR’s office. Not CVS fault probably but spending 30-40 minutes on their automated system trying to speak to a person, only got through once. When I did they were rude and no interest in helping. Went in person and again rude not helpful. Finally got different people the next day who were a bit more helpful.

Called pharmacy to see if meds were ready. They said yes come on in. Went there and they were closed. So Important to have these certain medications but they don't care. Changed from Radford CVS because of the same reason. Guess it's time for another change.

Wow! You just up and close unexpectedly....not even a sign in the drive thru. I sat in line for 30 minutes waiting. The sad thing is, I've been a customer for many many years. CVS was the best. I can't say that now. It's sad when you can't get your prescriptions when in need. I look for this location to go under at any given moment, therefore, it's time to change pharmacies. I'd suggest anyone whom reads this, do the same.
