Kenzie did exactly what I wanted took me from a red head that was using manic panic, to a blonde safely. She cut my hair and was very professional. I am so glad to have found a hair, nail, and eyebrow home (eventually) that isn't going to charge me an arm and leg. I can't wait to see her in six months....Love Love Love my new hair.....far right being what we started with.

I have given this place several tries, and while I will say the stylists do a good job at styling, I can’t say the same for some of their staff’s ability to make their clients feel comfortable.The stylists always seem to turn what were otherwise pleasant conversations weirdly political, which makes things very awkward and uncomfortable. I just want to get my hair cut. That’s all.I do not want to hear the negative things you have to say about poor people, those on welfare and the unemployed, people of certain gender identities, etc. Regardless of one’s political leaning, who would this be pleasant conversation for? Who would say this makes for a relaxing and calming environment, especially when you have scissors near my face?I always leave Creative Looks feeling weird. My hair looks really good most of the time, but the interactions with staff leave a very sour taste in my mouth.I have officially given up on Creative Looks and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer care and variety of salon services. Each stylist is friendly, client centered, and very talented. Thr best part is the quality conversations as well as the quality of service. I just had my Fall color done last week and everyone loves it! My hair stylist is Renee' she has always been creative and caters to what I like. So thankful to have a trusted stylist!

Terrible Experience! Burned Scalp and Ruined Hair at Creative looksI recently had my hair bleached at Creative looks, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Not only did they completely ruin my hair, but they also burned my scalp in the process.First of all, I had requested a blonde color, but after two rounds of bleaching, my hair turned out looking like a carrot. The color was completely off and not even close to what I had asked for. It was a disaster.But that's not the worst part. During the bleaching process, I felt a burning sensation on my scalp, and when I complained to the stylist, they simply brushed it off as normal. However, when I looked in the mirror after the treatment, I noticed red patches on my scalp. My scalp was visibly burned, and it was painful and uncomfortable.To make matters worse, my hair was completely damaged after the bleaching. It felt dry, brittle, and lifeless. I had to cut off several inches of my hair just to try and salvage what was left. The stylist's lack of skill and care had caused irreparable damage to my hair, and I am devastated.I tried to communicate my dissatisfaction with the salon, but they were unapologetic and dismissive. They refused to take any responsibility for their mistake and offered no solutions or compensation, and charged me twice for ruining my hair.I would strongly advise against getting your hair bleached at Creative looks. They clearly lack the expertise and professionalism needed for such treatments. My experience was a nightmare, and now I am left with damaged hair and an unsightly color that I never wanted. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this salon at all costs.

Great service! I get my hair trimmed and styled. I got mine dry- trimmed and styled (curled), and it was the best $35 ever spent (not including tip)! She did a wonderful job, took her time to make sure I loved it, and it looked fabulous! Many thanks!This is coming from someone whose hair does not curl without a hairspray my fight and is usually straight within an hour or two. This time, it managed to stay all night, and I was even able to wear them for day 2.

Granddaughter got her ears pierced there, nice ladies created a relaxing atmosphere. Went to a tattoo shop downtown Christiansburg first was greeted by a bunch of rude people, was told to leave because they don't do anybody under the age of 18. Found the creative looks and was very happy what a difference.

I was looking for a hair salon that offered quality work without having to pay an arm and a leg for the services. I found Creative Looks Salon online and thought I would give them a try. My stylist Marjorie has a great sense of humor and does a great job with my color and highlights.The best news is that I am paying 1/3 of what I was paying at a salon on the other side of town.

Had my hair permed at another salon and did not get what I wanted. I visited Creative looks for the first time and Marsha fixed me up. She put a straight perm in it because I wanted it back to the way it was,and she trimmed it. She was very nice and very professional. I highly recommend her and this salon .Service: Haircut

Emily does a great job! So do any of the others that have done my hair. Sherry does a great job for my 93 year old mom and my sister in law. They are all kind and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. Always willing to fill in for each other. Woldnt want to go anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable.
