These people are amazing. They went out of their way to help me. I have a terminal illness and I really needed some help. These people helped me, to the point it brought tears to my eyes. Super professional. I'm so very grateful, God bless.

Was a patient here for a total of 3 years off and on, recently had some medication changes and was starting to get real tired into the early afternoon, I was falling asleep and i was fighting to stay awake, definitely not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, but after being told to leave the group on my next to last day for my eyes not stauing open I did some research and spoke with my dr, we adjusted the meds and I was back to normal a day later, the following week I was seeing the great Dr Robert's, and I was told that I need to find a different suboxone dr and program that there was nothing they could do to help me anymore, so I'm getting my drink and I got told to go ahead and walk out, so much to my disappointment I didn't think anything was wrong in that I would be getting kicked out group when I showed up early each week and the best part is the group leader and her assistant, who shall remain remain nameless for privacy reasons, but they knew about me getting kicked out of group as they were talking to me whenever I arrived, so beware of the fake things that will happen if and when you do anything that could be innocent to you but against some unknown rule that not even on the group rules list....I miss it now my new sub dr sucks

This Suboxone program is definitely different from what I'm used to but I really enjoyed the group and the doctor as well as the other staff are absolutely amazing! I'm glad I made the decision to start the Suboxone program at Community Health Center. I truly appreciate the program and honestly feel like this program is exactly what I need!!!

The dentists here have all been lovely and the staff and hygienists are amazing too! They never have enough dates to schedule people, so I suggest you make appointments before a issue appears, but they are great here. They also have a program for low income households that can lower your bill or eliminate it completely! I mean I cannot complain about this location. I have not been to medical, only dental. I've also been to their Dublin location, also amazing!!

No stars! Community Health Center of the New River Valley (Dublin) has absolutely the worst patient service and dentistry that I've EVER experienced. I was DENIED CARE for a root canal (continued from a previous visit because they didn't have all of their tools ready) because I would not sign a "No Show Policy", even though I explicitly told them that I would not be making any future appointments. I had confirmed the appointment and showed up early, but was still denied because I wouldn't sign a form pertaining to future appointments. I didn't sign the form last time and I was seen without incident.

It’s horrible! Back when Dr.Guerra was there it was so much better. He actually took his time with his patients and cared. Dr.Jennifer told me she would be back, left me in a room almost an hour and never returned. I asked the medical assistant, she was completely lost. They never call back to give your blood work results and are very inconsiderate people who do not care. I had to call about my results and was told I had thyroids but was NEVER treated for it. I’m beyond impressed on how they are! They claim to call and leave messages, complete lies. Also said they sent out letters, another fat lie. And the receptionist staff, don’t get me started with them. Except for Sarah, she was always nice and treated me with respect.

This place is a joke . I’ve been here for several things and it’s always something with them and this new dr or whatever dr Stevens a lot of people don’t like her and the nurses and drs there need better manners because literally talking about their patients when you can hear through the door ! I went for a foot problem for diabetes and I know I’ve probably got dry skin and calluses and probably need a cute pedicure cause I don’t do a great job lol but anyway tell me why my dr would see me deal with my feet then will I’m waiting they just so happen to talk about their feet and how they needed to moisturize or do stuff with their feet .. hmm yeah they definitely need to learn not to talk about things that a patient has going on cause that makes me think they was talking about me

I go there. I get a message to call them. I do and all is an answering machine. Or I get on hold for a half hour and still no one get on phone . I will be looking fo new dr.

Dr. Anwar,she's great at her work,makes you comfortable too,and Latest X-ray device is used,and other devices

So yesterday I went through sever pain my right flank (side and back) and a lot of blood in my urine fever sweating and chills. I went to my Dr office was told by the so called doctor there was nothing they can do she could order a CT but possibly couldn't get it done until next week she also did a UA and in my Urine NOTHING WAS THERE...So i called my mom my mom said to get AZO for my frequent urination (5 seconds in the bathroom in 1 hr went 130 times) AZO suppressed the frequency a little bit enough for my to get rest woke up around 7pm felt better pain was gone went to bed around 12 midnight.Woke up in extreme agony texted my husband told him I needed to go to the ER. Screaming crying shaking his sweet soul got me dressed and helped me to the car drove as fast as he could almost got pulled over went to the ER and sat there with me.They did CBC UA CT IV Fluids Pain meds Nausea meds and the CT shown a Kidney Stone that is still in my body thay has caused an infection he said I was Mildly Septic and if I feel worse in 1 to 4 hrs after being Discharged to come back because I will havw to be admitted for septic shock.It was Dr Kimberly I will never ever come to this establishment ever again. I felt I was not taken seriously and my time and money was severely wasted!Also they have me down as depressed and they said in my chart they did counseling which NEVER happened. I didn't know i was depressed. They also said in my chart I was over my BMI and exercise and dieting counseling happened which never did. This place is a joke!!!
