Came here to get a script filled. They wouldn't fill it bc it's from out of state!! Being a scheduled drug, they refused. They can fill it, they simply refused to. He said due to being a local/hometown pharmacy they won't fill it being scheduled drug. (But they'd fill anything not a scheduled drug for me, even being an out of state script?!?!) Sounds like and feels EXTREMELY judged! Other local pharmacies have NO problem filling it for me!Why on earth would I go to a local Dr to get a script I already have, for them to fill it?! Pretty sure that is also illegal to get another script for a scheduled drug when I already have one!

Used to be top tier but I've had so many issues lately including today picking up a compounded Rx I had to confirm a date to pickup 2 WEEKS ago and they didn't even make it and I got a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯(no explanation ...no apology) I also was supposed to pickup another Rx from 2 weeks ago and was told the refill request was denied. Now this is not their fault but how about letting the customer KNOW ABOUT IT so something can be done before the pickup date?! This is happening more and more. .I moved to Roanoke and STILL kept them as my pharmacy but now I'm travelling to get CVS quality service.

WOW! We are SO FORTUNATE to have what I consider a 5-STAR pharmacy in our area. They are perfect if you need a compound prescription. And, they fill pet Rx, too! Everyone is kind, friendly, and efficient. Not only do you receive a text when your Rx is ready, they let you know the total. To top things off, they deliver! Their location is convenient--right across the street from the Kroger in C'burg on one side and the CVS on the other. I never feel rushed if I have a question. Everyone is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this pharmacy. You won't be disappointed! ?

Great place to go, took my girlfriend there on Christmas day because they were the only pharmacy open.. she needed a nebulizer, but her insurance would not pay for it. They said don't worry,we will give you one. That was a great Christmas present. Thank you fom the bottom of my heart ?

Absolutely the best pharmacy in our area. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. You can immediately tell the difference here vs retail chain pharmacies. They fill things in a timely manner and communicate in real time with you if there are any issues with your prescriptions. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Very friendly and work very hard to help you with whatever they can. Brought my kids in for school vaccines and they were accommodating, professional, and efficient while doing a great job with my kids. Wonderful experience!

The Christiansburg Pharmacy is the Chik Fil-A of pharmacies. They operate like a well-oiled machine, right down to the absolute sweetest employees. And I was shocked to see exactly how many employees are actually in there.. buzzing around like happy little bees. There’s never any hold up with insurance or RX info, everything is in stock and is ready super fast. The kicker: I’ve never even gone in! There’s no need. I’ve only used the drive-thru and their competency is still superb. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 2 months now, and I truly wish I had switched sooner.

They were quick with responses both on the phone and in person. When the medications weren’t ready when we arrive they said it would be 10 mins and they came and found me in my car before the time was even up. 10/10 experience highly recommend. Caring and compassionate staff!

Best pharmacy around . They are open great hours and have drive-thru and they will deliver if needed , just call early . Been a customer for many years .Insurances also taken for your meds ....no need to worry ! Would not go anywhere else .

Christiansburg Pharmacy have always been super helpful and polite. But the last three weeks, they've gone above and beyond while I tried to sort out an insurance issue.I spent hours on the phone trying to work it out, and every time I was told by insurance folks it had been "fixed," I called Christiansburg Pharmacy to get prescriptions, only to find out it had *not* been fixed. They fielded my numerous calls politely and offered encouragement. Finally, one staffer suggested I might come in and ask a manager for help.The manager agreed to help and then helped me walk through a phone call with an insurance rep that eventually turned into a four-way (!) conference call to fix the problem. The manager and staffers alike were extraordinarily patient and helpful in assisting me in fixing this problem that's been going on for weeks!If not for the staff and management at Christiansburg Pharmacy, I'd still be stuck in insurance bureaucracy hell. Thank you so much!

I can honestly say... This is the first pharmacy I actually love! I have went through many pharmacies such as Walgreens, Kroger, CVS e.t.c. However, I have not found an excellent pharmacy like this one! All the staff is really nice and they answer your questions politely! They're also very nice while picking up your prescription! If you want to switch pharmacies, come to this one! I know you won't regret it!
