No one answers the phone! There is no way to call and make an appointment because you’re always kicked back to the automated system. This needs to be fixed

I made an appointment with no issues. I saw Dr. Thompson. He was very responsive to my issue and took care of my issue. I’ve been a patient at this facility for many years and will remain a patient.

We have call many times and no call back. We have been going to this clinic for for a long time but after Dr Barilla retired it has gone down hill .Lift messages on Mychart and no response.
