Ankur was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Even when a customer behind us was being rude. He remained polite and professional. Recommend this guy for a raise in pay.

Didn't accomplish what I needed to the first time ran out of time but when I came back Ankur of the cburg store helped me with everything and he was Fantastic!!!! And the service is wonderful!!!!

Charged my older mom money to activate her supposed 5g phone she was suppose to get for free for switching to boost new network and then gave her a 4g phone instead.

I have been a boost customer for over 3 years. I have always gone to this particular boost mobile store on North Franklin in Christiansburg because of the fantastic service I was always given by Deanna Owens. I went bye boost the other day to upgrade & get 4 brand new phones. I was told that Deanna is no longer there. So I told the guy that is there now what I wanted to do. He acted like he had no idea what he was doing & also told me that after the upgrade I would be paying over 1,000 dollars. I have never paid that much on an upgrade. And did NOT do my upgrade & will be going somewhere else!! I will NEVER go back to this boost... BRING BACK DEANNA!!!!

So apparently T-Mobile bought Sprint and after months of texts saying I need to update my SIM card in my trusty 7+, I found the courage to quest to the T-Mobile store get the good stuff. Long story short, they were terribly sassy with me, while shutting me down on that SIM, saying I needed that iPhone 13, and they needed my money. I told them that I need my money more, and politely declined their proposal while they rolled their eyes. (Except for Lamar…you my Boi). I then remembered I’m actually a Boost customer and there’s a Boost store in town, so I don’t need that TMobile store and their sass.After a light snack and some hype music, I moseyed over to the Boost store and was promptly greeted by Anup and his finely groomed beard. I had high hopes and he delivered like a champ! It took about an hour of updates before everything was working, but that was because I had been ignoring them updates as faithfully as I ignore my wife. Anup hung with it and worked his magic all while seamlessly helping a constant stream of customers in various moods. I was honestly ready to just give up and spring for that 13, but he was confident he could get it working. And when a man with that kind of beard is confident in something, you listen. Well working it is, and now I’ll trust Anup until the bitter end. Thanks for the help Anup, and more importantly, thanks for the memories.
