Attendants regularly help me with my questions and purchases as needed. Decent variety, but I feel I wouldn’t be able to leave with everything from a written list of needs/wants. My family stops in for sales advertised in emails and the items are always in stock. We also stop in for “random” snacks and aren’t ever disappointed with shopping for this purpose. Store can be a bit disorganized and confusing with one type of item in a variety of locations throughout the store. I’ve ordered pet needs online due to a sale and wasn’t impressed with my pickup experience. Wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars because while not impressive, it’s still a decent “junk” store to check out.

Lazy and incompetent man working. Manger named Terry would not assist and was not very good at assisting me and my wife during our last visit. We was wanting to purchase furniture but was unable to because the “manager Terry” was rude and unhelpful. We left and went to Schewels instead. We will not be back to the Big Lots if Terry is the one to deal with. Long time loyal customers you have lost.
