Lots of products on display but not stock. Ordered desktop computer. Was promised 2 days to get to store. Now 5 days later and still nothing. Sales person not very helpful. Had to research questions on my own. Not a good experience and still no computer.

I've been to a lot of Best Buys and even worked for Geek Squad, they were attentive but not annoying, and was nice to find that even the cashier knew about what I was buying and suggested and alternative.
