Moving a business account can be very difficult due to day-to-day business issues. It's hard to just close a business account down while still serving your customers. The people here sat down with us and planned out the whole process, walking us through each and every step, ensuring that the transfer was smooth and painless. We even diversified out account profile with no trouble at all. “My wife and I had an excellent experience with banker Brad Smith on a Sat AM. We were purchasing a home in another town and were not informed of the routing information from the title company until after Truist Fri office hours in spite of our calling/ mailing the title co multiple times over the previous week. We decided to cross our fingers and appear without appt at the Christiansburg branch and Brad took care of us in every way- being extremely upbeat and friendly, putting us at ease, and answering all our questions while arranging all the details to wire the money on Monday which was done before 9AM as promised. We'll be sticking with Truist when we move.”
