The employees closed the store 5 minutes before closing time because they are too self centered and inconsiderate to wait 5 minutes to look up a part that I urgently needed and told me to leave because they were closed at 7:55 when it says on their website that they closed at 8:00. Poor customer survive and will never go back.

You know your company must think people are hard up. Your prices for thing are why people shop online. Example Red Plastic Dip 17.00. You company has lost its mind. Also you car cleaning items are also way off!!! No wonder you companies market share is shrinking.

Black lady who works there was very friendly (gotta get her name next time). When I went to return my drum shoes, the 'dyslexic' guy with piercings was very quick to get my exchange set up. Decently talkative.Love the warranty on their brake shoes and pads.UPDATE: My refund still hasn't come through. It's been almost 4 weeks. The guy with piercings shrugs his shoulders, and regional hasn't called back about looking into it. Unless you have a receipt and know which card a purchase is on, don't shop here. They ended up sending it back to a card that was no longer valid and can no longer edit it.

Had a burned out headlight in my Subaru. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace a whole headlight assembly, and Matt, the counter tech, looked at it and knew it was simply a twist-off endcap. Kudos for his knowledge and the neighborhood location of this Auto Zone!! ?
