“For reasons unknown, Toyota center is being really slow with appointments lately. Expect to spend time just sitting.
Toyota express was over an hour getting an inspection. This is not express. Express has never been fast...ever.

Again disappointed with wait time at the Toyota center but, other than that, we're happy with the service.

Shelor installed a hitch. Apparently they received an incorrect bumper template but, they automatically reordered what we needed and will replace at their expense. We are very happy with the quality of work and service with the Toyota department. We still trust them to completely take care of our RAV 4.
Had to go to Express Lane for inspection, was in and out about an hour. Happy with the service as always and staff are very friendly. I'm still not understanding why Shelors has not figured out how to make the "Express" faster.

“This will be my third vehicle from Shelor and salesman Daniel Page was great! You want a great guy who will treat you right with customer service, he is the man. I was not at the dealership long, one of the quickest times buying a car. This dealsehip knows how to treat people with good service, the Manager even came out to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the fianance gentleman actually was looking out for my interests.
I have bought a lot cars from different dealerships in this area, this dealership Shelor is doing it right, some of these other places need to take pointers from them, again 3rd vehicle and I even traveled from Blue Ridge to buy my vehicles, try them them you won't be disappointed.”

He got me to a sales person Logan Bailey, after speaking to home, we met looked at a few cars, got a fair offer for my trade. They didn’t have the car I wanted, but they found one and had it shipped in next day. I went in there already approved the Navy Federal ( my own financing ) with what I thought was a good rate, George talked to me and saved me thousands of dollars with a lower interest rate. “This was my first time with shelor. Bought my jeep back in May. Staff was very friendly and gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes for my tire rotation and oil change. They were done in 40! I give them 5 stars for the efficient service and friendliness of staff. Quick efficient service is what I look for especially for routine maintenance services. I have had several new vehicles in my adulthood and have used these dealerships service center for my routine maintenance needs. I would easily wait 2 plus hours at some of these other spots for a oil change and tire rotation. I am hoping my return visits to Shelor are similar to this one. Awesome job! Keep up the great work.”

They installed several accessories on my 2022 Silverado at great prices and quality work.This month I had automatic step rails which are beautiful and much better than regular rails.One rail stopped retracting completely so I took it back today. “Agee's is very good place to get your used and some new parts. If they have it you will get it at a fair price. I've seen plenty of good reviews. Some negative. But there is always a Karen that will say something negative. This is a good place to go to. I have never visited a more welcoming used part store. I've been going through agees for all of my adult life. And I plan on continuing to come to Agee's. I have never been across the street. If I can't get my parts through agees. I'll get it new. “Excellent, exceptional help here today! Needed a new battery because discovered very bad corrosion on the battery terminals. Richard showed me my options for a battery, and worked very carefully to remove the old battery. Had to be super cautious with the connection that had acid drip down into the connection under the screw hole. Used a lot of WD-40 and patience to make sure that nothing would get stripped or broken. Even the hood latch was a little sticky and he WD-40 that as well. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend you get your parts there and any help you need.”

“Had a burned out headlight in my Subaru. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace a whole headlight assembly, and Matt, the counter tech, looked at it and knew it was simply a twist-off endcap. Kudos for his knowledge and the neighborhood location of this Auto Zone!! ?”
“I called Shelor on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and found out that they had no availability that week and very limited availability the next week to do it (this was a surprise as I have always been able to call on a Monday and get an appointment before the end of the week in the past).
So, I arrived Tuesday morning at the Shelor Express lane at 7:15AM and was 6th in line. When they opened at 7:30AM, they had me pull right in and they completed my oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour! I was driving away at 8:20AM. Very happy with how quick the service was and how friendly the staff is.”
