“Was this shop once "Taylor's Frames and Things"? I live in central Florida and recently thrifted an old watercolor picture of Virginia Tech and it's signed by the artist but I can't make it out. On the back is an old sticker with "Taylor's Frames and Things Blacksburg Virginia".”
“Pipi Miller is a consummate professional who knows the local art market better than anyone. She is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and whether you are an artist or curious buyer, she gives you her undivided attention as if you were the most important person in the room. At a time when service quality is deteriorating quickly, Miller Off Main reassures one that quality service and attention to detail still matter.”

205 S Main St, Blacksburg“The Main Street Inn’s location can’t be beat. Very convenient to everything you would want to do in Blacksburg. We had an issue with our room and the manager was responsive and helped us.”
“Art Pannonia has been a linchpin for the arts community in Blacksburg for decades. The gallery space, though small, is a rich feast of artworks. Judy Garbera has hosted shows for innumerable local artists working in a wide variety of styles and media. Peter, her brother, who is himself an exceptional painter of exquisitely detailed portraits, has taught many, many children in the rudiments of drawing and painting. How they manage to hold the operation together I don’t know, but downtown Blacksburg and visitors have been the beneficiary. With her dry, sometimes ascerbic humor and ready laugh, Judy has been a delight to know and work with.”
“I'm so glad we still have an independently owned framing shop in the New River Valley. There used to be a couple of shops in Christiansburg, but they are no longer in business.Off the Wall is top notch in their work. For example, in addition to the store being so inviting, the finished product is professionally handled and the owner is very personable.I've had 3 pictures completed by Off the Wall and the owner has never failed to disappoint.Thank you for your service!”
