We only stayed for one night and wish we had more time. Everything was super clean and well maintained, the front desk person was so nice and helpful. The kids took advantage of the pool, which was very nice. Will be back and highly, highly recommend.

Very clean and cute motel with small kitchen, fridge, modern electric mini stove and separate sink for kitchen cleaning..Owner was very nice.. the main office is so cute the owner was so nice to take our picture as well..i like the location not too far from the main. Close to gas station, grocery store along cleveland ave towards the main street..The motel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had the best sleep ever in a motel.Would visit again and recommend.Good for families with little kids.Pool is huge too.Staff were very nice always offered to help.Awesome stay in chincoteague island..

Such a delightfully sweet place. Owner mailed us back a hat we did not even know we had lost. Lovely central pool and clean rooms. When our AC broke during a heat wave, the owner replaced it within 1 hour. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed 1 night here and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Seemed like the carpet was very new.The woman at the office was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and prices very reasonable. It's a little off the beaten path, but the island is small so it's still walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants, and nice to be on a quiet street, a bit away from the busier/noisier main drags.

Very nice rooms.Office is not always available.Very friendly staff.Pool needs work and updates.Close to the bay, local businesses, crabbing, and a short drive from Assateague Island.I recommend this place.

We were very impressed on how clean and nice the rooms were. I had called into the hotel a few days before coming becuase I had a few questions and once I got there the owner had talked to me and showed me everything I was worried about and made my vacation more relaxing and worry free. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I have to say we will be staying here again.

Stayed there for two nightsI’ll start off by saying the room did have a mildew / wetness smell that accosted us as soon as we entered even though it looked super tidy and surfaces seemed wiped and linens washed.If you have a baby sleep is a bit tough because the floors are very creaky and I suspect the mildew is from the carpeted areasAlso the windows remain bright despite shutters , so especially if you have a baby , keep in mind the windows don’t have any blackout blinds.The staff/owners at the front desk were kind of short / dry with us - not the friendliest.If there is any complementary coffee / food we didn’t hear about it.Now I’m leaving this part for last because I made the mistake of not actively checking and keeping any proof:The second morning I woke up there I found bite marks all over which went on to increase throughout the day, after plenty of research and working through all possible diagnoses , we’re convinced it’s bed bugs .. I say this so that any other person considering staying there can at least make sure to check the mattress / headboard before sleeping there .. Most people don’t have an instant reaction to bed bugs, mine really started showing up on the car ride back home- so it’s tough to remember to check unless you’ve been forewarned.I hope I’m wrong , no matter what I hope the motel management takes a look and makes sure there is no infestation (room 1).
