Golf cart stopped working middle of ride home. Only 9pm and emergency number doesn’t work. Had strangers help us “jump start it” to get back to the house. Battery was NOT dead, was corroded.

If you like being talked to and treated like dirt by an old narcissistic owner then please come here! If you made reservations in advance don’t expect to get what you reserved! Have a plan B if you choose to trust and expect any type of vehicle from this place. The owner talks to you like you are a piece of trash if you prove to him he’s wrong and made a mistake. Best word of advice, don’t try to use this business. 0/10, would rather try and rent from Kim Jong Un

We made a reservation last May for this week and they did not write our reservation down. So when we came to the island to pick up our carts, Ron came in hot and was yelling at us that if we made a reservation he would have wrote it down. Well his old self forgot to write it down and gaslit us, blaming us for him not writing our reservation down. He yelled at my grandmother for goodness sakes. I couldn’t believe the disrespect and his audacity to treat any living human like that, and not take responsibility for himself. It was so uncomfortable for all of us. That man needs therapy.

Bad treatment of customers, nervous host, very rude!
Many scooters are not working, deaf and did not start, the parts are shaken, Chinese cheap product!
I wish this office to improve as soon as possible, and work on yourself and the product that you provide to people, being responsible for it)

First of all, it says they close at 5. I went at 4 and the sign said open yet they were locked up. I called the numbers on the sign, Ron answered and was EXTREMELY rude. Wayne’s number went straight to voicemail twice. As a person who has rented a GEM car from them before and comes to the island every year, I will never rent from them again.

Awesome people to rent from! Got a new moped on day 1 (1.7 miles on odometer). It had a fuel line issue from shipping. They came down and rescued us and gave us another moped for safety. Came back the next day and traded the moped in for a 2 passenger GEM car. Ran excellent for the 2 days we had it. Owner even ran me back to my RV so I wouldn't have to walk for 30 min back. Excellent service and demeanor, would definitely rent here again.

Warning: do not buy a gem car from Jus Bikes. We asked what was wrong with the one for sale, they said “nothing”. I asked are the batteries good, they said “they are old but good”. When we picked it up the batteries went from 86% to20% in 5 miles. We went back and they told us to check all the connections. We came back and did that. 2 of the batteries were rigged to “work”. We went back again and told them what we found and we were told “you bought it as is”. We reminded them that they said the batteries are good. They said “well we can’t tell how long they would last, it’s just like all the other older cars we are selling”. We said but 5 miles?? And they said “that’s the way it is”. Good batteries for these cars are around $3000 to replace. We basically bought a brick. Do not buy a car from them unless you want to spend a lot more than what you paid for an old piece of junk!

We rented a two-seater gym car. Very nice and easy to drive. The lady at the counter explained everything thoroughly was very nice. Had a great smile. Will definitely go back. That sounds like we have neighbors
