Not fancy. But, extremely clean, reasonably comfortable. Friendly staff. Pool appears odd in the middle of the parking lot, but we found it to be well maintained and enjoyed it.

Location is great, right in middle of Chincoteague. Nothing wrong with service with my stay. Rooms are to be expected with a 2 star hotel. Simple ammenities and clean. The mini fridge has very audible hum and the A/C fan is quite loud - I personally had no trouble sleeping, but be warned.

Staff at the desk, was very nice, helpful, offered great dining tips/recommendations!! Rooms are up to date, clean, shower was VERY clean, good water pressure!!
