This store takes me back to a time when hardware stores stocked everything. They hire outstanding help. Very knowledgeable and more importantly friendly. I wouldn’t shop anyplace else for my needs.

From the outside this place looked like they mostly sold building supplies. Walk in the place and they seem to have virtually everything your hardware heart could desire. The store just goes on and on and on ... Anyhow, a couple of weeks ago I bought a pair of grass shears at this place. Two weeks in and the metal handle literally snapped in two pieces. I wasn't like I was cutting wire with the shears. I took them back and showed the staff what had happened. The owner looked at the shears, apologized for the inconvenience and asked one of his staff to get me a replacement pair. They even took them out of the plastic packaging and suggested it might be a little hot for yardwork (it was 97 degrees already). No hassles, didn't even want to see my receipt ... I was in and out of the place in four minutes. When's the last time you have that kind of experience at Lowes, or Home Depot. Great experience and of course this is where I'll be doing my hardware shopping from now on.
