“What a wonderful dress shop!!! Went in looking for a prom dress for my daughter this past Saturday. The staff were so polite and attentive. We were greeted immediately and asked about the style she wanted, which was nice because of lot of other shops don’t ask that anymore. My daughter is usually pretty overwhelmed with dress shopping, but the staff were very attentive and made it a fun experience. My daughter found her dress on the first try!! She tried on another one just to see, but we knew it was the first dress. Just a wonderful experience all around. Would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a great quality dress, great price and personable experience.”

“I went into Cato
at the recommendation of a woman whom I had seen wearing one of their outfits. I have not worn dress clothes for a very, very long time. So shopping for new clothes I was very nervous in doing this because I didn't think that I was going to find anything that was my type of clothing or shall I say style which I didn't even know my own style really. But let me tell you, I ran into the manager of the store in Chester, her name is Demeka. Not only does this woman have a wonderful personality. She brought me all of these pieces of clothing, and she waited on me hand and foot. I told her that I had been wearing jeans and t-shirts for a very long time and I just didn't know what to pick out. I kept trying on everything she was bringing me, and I absolutely loved it and even down to the shoes. I am so grateful for this woman of God. God definitely placed her in the correct place at the correct time just for me and more than likely for all the other customers that she has attended to. Thank you so much for making my visit the first one ever a very successful one you went above and beyond in the customer service department. I hope and pray you get promoted, young lady. To the district manager, although it would take you away from me and all the customers there at the store. You truly are a remarkable exceptional manager. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for helping me choose all these beautiful pieces of clothing and shoes that came from this store that you manage. I most definitely recommend this store to all the ladies. “So clean, the people who work there is always so patient and always ready to help someone if they need a shirt down from the wall or whateverThey treat everyone in there as if your a friend of there, I remember there was a fight outside the store once (new shoes came out across from there) and they made sure everyone was okay and was very mature cause at the time we didn't know what was happening but we knew it wasn't good and kinda just made sure no one was panicking”
“Ok so back when Pure Barre first was available many moons ago I went to the local studio in Norfolk VA and absolutely hated it. I'm not small and I felt judged every minute I was in the class. No one was friendly, no one went over anything. It was kind of fend for yourself. Needless to say I did not go back and was very put off by the whole experience. When my best friend told me she wanted to try barre and asked if I wanted to go I said no. She ended up taking her husband and loving it and started going. I have lost a decent amount of weight and have been doing walking and some treadmill stuff at home but I wanted someone to kick my butt a few days a week and to keep me more accountable. So begrudgingly I decided to try barre here. I took the foundations class and was actually alone with the instructor. She could not have been nicer and I did better than I thought I would in my first class. I loved it and I felt great. I decided to get the membership and try it out. Seriously so happy I did. Every single person I've met at this studio is friendly, kind, and lovely. This goes for employees and other members. I really have enjoyed the classes and I've noticed I'm getting stronger. I have taken classic and align so far and am looking forward to trying define soon when it works out with my schedule. Anyway cannot say enough nice things about this place and the people. Never once have I felt judged or anything negative.”
“I used to like Ross for the dress sale. They don't seem to be having many dresses but I can always find one piece here and there to add to my wardrobe. I always go through the Arts and Crafts section as well as the kitchen section. And changing my living room I tend to pull it together from various searches so Ross is one of my first go to places and then I'll go to Home Goods. Before purchasing the furniture and knowing what colors I wanted to use I found accessories and rugs for pop of color. I refuse to return them even when I had to return the furniture but fam what I really want it in the same color so the rugs will work and the pillows as well. I've been fortunate over the years to find some really good things”
“What can I say about Gabe's other than I love this store and it's awesome selection if you like Ross or TJ Maxx or Burlington Gabe's will have you right at home and gives you if not more or all of these types of stores all-in-one and still has I believe more to offer plus it has its own Off the Wall Vans shoe line which I think they're cool and look very nice and again the price point you cannot beat it if I was anyone who hasn't been two games yet if you're looking for a bargain for clothes and a name brand all-in-one it's a it's a name brand bargain!”
“This place has welcoming and knowledgeable staff. They also have a good supply of body jewellery, graphic tees, buttons, and hats. I like going here whenever I'm in the mall(Chesterfield Towne Center).”
“This place is awesome if you know how to shop and when to shop. Yes, it can be crowded sometimes because it's very popular -- try to visit on days when people are at work or school or go early as soon as they open. I always check their clearance items before looking at anything else because I'm guaranteed to find something I'll like in that section. Prices of non clearance items are fairly reasonable, and the clothing holds up well over the years with proper care.”
“The staff here is always really friendly and helpful but overall there's not a lot in there compared to some of the other locations. I wish they expanded the fragrances they carry but it's not their fault I guess it's because of the area. The store is always clean and orderly just not a lot of options.”
“Wide selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. The only downside was a lack of help on the floor. The dressing room was nowhere near the clothes with no indication of where it was. Fortunately, customers who had experienced the same problem, smiled and pointed me in the right direction.”

“What can I say about Catos besides I didn't know what I know now. I was really early for a doctor's appointment located adjacent to Cato's, and instead of waiting in the car and not spending money, I of course not, my curiosity got the best of me. I never knew Cato's had regular women's sizes, and thought it was only plus size clothing. I was pleasantly surprised to find many cute stylish pieces that I would rock. I purchased a jumpsuit with no visible entry points for putting it on aside for through the collar, but when I was trying to ask the customer service representatives questions regarding it and clothing in the store, I might as well asked my doctor 3 stores down . The clearance sale was not the best, and they are a little over priced, but I found the quality of the items I purchased to be legit. I was able to find a lot of goodies, and the second time I went to the store ( doctor's appointment), apparently the manager was there who was more familiar with the merchandise and customer service. Overall it was a good experience, don't sleep on Cato's.”

“I hardly shop at Old Navy and came to pick up a clothing order for my lady. I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”
“I definitely wish they allowed afterpay in store like online, however they had great inventory available. The store is set up very nicely, and looks great for the holiday season coming up. The hours are definitely reasonable for covid and possibly even low staffing like most all the shops in the mall.”

“I like Kohl's, although I prefer to shop online where there's a much wider variety of items than in the stores. I shop here mostly for clothing, but occasionally I will buy home decor, towels, and other household goods. I do wish they carried more petites in the stores. This particular store is nearly always clean and organized, and the employees generally do a good job of keeping the dressing rooms neat.”
