Pharmacy is horrible robo calls saying medicine is ready and then they say no it’s not and we’re working on those calls, but we’re not responsible for the calls WTH????!!

Walgreens, as a company you must do better. Every month I’m gas lit by employees stating that my prescription would be ready by a certain time and date. That’s never the case. I don’t know why it’s so incredibly hard to fill a prescription but I have issues month after month here and many other locations. DO BETTER

Prescriptions never ready on time, you sit on hold for over 20 mins for simple questions, they never pay attention to provider notes. Pharmacy hours are inconvenient. ****Update. After to speaking to Ellie the store manager, she escalated my concerns and the issue was resolved within the hour***
