Please read this , ups store for return of items purchased was, no box needed now they want or demand that my free return use a certified box or they can’t guarantee, safe arrival , hold on it gets better , person who waited on said purchase a certified box from us , yea right my refund was $6.00 dollars and the box plus tax ,I end up paying. Please if this store treats me like that what about you . Please post share this . Pushing boxes really how many people turned away because they refused to purchase a certified box ?

Staff are nearly always (shipped 30+ items at this store) exceedingly helpful. Parking lot is dreadful...park at bank, next door. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service ever. Came in for just some documents to mail and he said he didn’t have an envelope that can fit the documents I had and didn’t even try to look and see if anything works fit. It was just normal size of documents. Don’t come here.

Great help yesterday with a bunch of Amazon returns and a couple of items to ship. Special shout out to Justice who helped my mom work through the Amazon app to process her returns. Very professional and exceptional service from the three person team at the store.

There were three gentlemen in uniform today, the place was immaculate with no boxes or loose paper anywhere to be seen, and I was helped quickly and courteously. I have never experienced anything but efficient, professional help at this location.

The man with the long dreads is an absolute vile human being with THE worst customer service EVER. The way he speaks to the other employees and customers is SHOCKINGLY HORRIFIC. I don’t know how he maintains a position there, let alone anywhere with his nasty, disrespectful attitude and demeanor.
