I took my computer there almost two years ago. I'm quite knowledgeable with computers. I ran the usual diagnostic tests and half way through the test it wouldn't continue. Ran the usual virus check up to Norton Power Eraser and even that failed to complete it's cycle. Did the usual CMD to attempt to repair any bad sectors on the hard drive and that also failed. Did the system restore and that also failed half way through the cycle. I took it to Simmons and after a week they said, we don't know. I was not impressed with these people at all. Waste of time.

The web site this company created for the Oklahoma Commodity Program is one of the worst programs I have ever been cursed to use.it drops out, reports won't open consistently. is it the program or the State hardware? All I know is it is nearly worthless,

Highly impressed with this company. Had a Brother printer issue that was a result of a June 2020 Windows Update. It just quit printing from my laptop. I contacted Simmons Computer Solutions through their website and was contacted immediately. I was asked to call them and I did. I spoke with Chris Simmons and he was very polite and courteous. Shortly thereafter, a technician called me and I gave him remote access. He was aware of the Windows Update issue and proceeded to work his magic in fixing the printing problem. He too was very polite and answered questions I had. I would highly recommend using this company and I will make them my go-to people.

We switched our firm's IT services to Simmons after having issues with our previous IT company. We were nervous about the transition, but Simmons made the switch seamless and has performed much better than our previous company. They are very responsive and always take care of any problems right away. Tyler is great to work with! I highly recommend!

Do you remember good customer service? Well, I do and so do the employees at Simmons Computer Solutions. Good customer service, begins with hospitable communications with potential customers. I didn't actually buy anything, but their positive and helpful attitude, never wavered. Many people learn how to treat others, from their home. There is an old saying, "they have good home training", and the employees at Simmons certainly do. Thank you Dave for representing your people well
