I had issues at three different air pumps getting my tires filled. A person at the nearby Auto Zone said this shop would do it for me. Went to the front, no one showed up for several minutes. After I made the request, he said the shop doesn't do that any more - it would take the mechanic away from what he was doing, he said. So I went to a Firestone Tire Center about a mile away on Hopkins Road. I talked with a pleasant guy named Serge, who offered to do it. It took him all of two minutes.If you're near the shop and need to use it out of necessity, go ahead. But If you're looking for good, friendly customer service, I'd recommend going to the nearby Firestone instead.

do not go here if you have your windshield tinted. i came here last year with my windshield tinted and passed with flying colors. i come back the following year and they fail me for the same thing they passed me for last year. there’s too much inconsistency with this establishment and you’re better off going to a mechanic, rather than this shop.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Took my car in yesterday to have an oil leak researched as well as pulsating breaks. After about 40 min I was told I had numerous leaks and just to keep an eye on the oil, check once a week and fill when necessary. No discussion or quote on where the leaks were but that fixing it could cost thousands. So just keep the oil checked and drive it. Funny I heard him tell two other customers on the phone similar instructions. I was told I needed front brakes and rotors for $400 + due to the pulsating and asked me if I wanted that done. I declined their offer. I was charged $140 for their diagnosis and left. Today my boyfriend went by to discuss the ticket charge and asked to speak to Mark Seredni (signed the ticket) at the front desk. The girl at the desk went to get him and came back to say he was at lunch and would be back in an hour. Long story short she lied as he was in the garage because he ended up being summoned by a mechanic when asked if he was there. My boyfriend asked Mark if he could write up the information on where the leaks were and how much it would cost to fix. He said he could do that. I called 2:13 pm, approximately 30 minutes ago, and explained to the same girl at the front desk that Mark and my boyfriend discussed the above with the intention of asking her to email me the diagnosis and quote. She argued that my boyfriend had been there and left because Mark was at lunch and therefore hadn’t spoken with him. I told her he did speak with him. She continued to argue. I asked her to get Mark on the phone to discuss. She put me on hold for approximately 5 min and no one came back to the phone or has bothered to return my call. I will never recommend Seredni and will tell others about my experience. Apparently their tv commercials have gone to their heads. They are lousy and not to be trusted at the IB location.3:26 pm Just received a call from Zack at Seredni; stated he will work on the information/quote and email to me per my request.As of today, July 17, I have not received the service information/quote via email that was agreed upon by Mark or Zack.

Just got a $571 tire change + balancing and alignment last week. The car had vibrations on the steering wheel and the seats at 60mph and up, I took it today so that they could rebalance it, and even after rebalancing the same issue, contacted and spoke to the manager and he said that it could be something else so a diagnosis will cost you another $95 and "if" they found that it's tires they'll replace them. Pretty sure that they'll say it's not the tires. Would not recommend dont be fooled by the 4 star rating

If I can give a 0 star I would. I went to get a inspection and they rejected me and said it would be $2500 to get everything done. Just for a power steering tube replacement. The mechanics are janky. They just want money!

My partner and I took her car to this location which had a few issues with the inner workings of the vehicle, They were really patient and kind. The gentlemen, Darius was the one who helped us at the desk. Pricey but it was worth it. As soon as we got the car back it felt like we just drove it off the lot at a car dealership, I would recommend this location to everyone who has issues with their vehicle and I'll be coming here more often.I give my thanks to the team here :)

Be aware! I was a faithful customer bringing my vehicle for inspections and oil changes and to purchase tires. However, they changed my oil two weeks ago and "did not fully replace the oil plug ."As a result, my engine was damaged. Two reputable companies diagnosed the damage, and Serenity was identified liable by GMC corporate, GMC Midlothian, and Chevrolet on Jefferson Davis. GMC corporate suggested I seek legal action since I had to pay $8,600 to repair my vehicle. Unfortunately, as of today, I have yet to be reimbursed for the damages. Even though I supplied all the diagnostic reports and GMC corporate information to resolve the matter, they have yet to respond shockingly. At this point, I will have to secure a lawyer and fight it out in court. Hopefully, by reading this, no one else will experience such

Update!Magically a piece of metal appeared in the tire once we left after inspecting tire previously with a technician and there was no metal in the tire prior to our departure. We even checked for leaks before dropping it off for one new tire with a tech who said maybe it went flat due to a slow leak at the valve stem.Original Post.Drove away with 4 BRAND NEW tires. One goes flat within 2 weeks of purchase and they claim it’s not a not a bad tire issue. It’s due to road condition hazards… won’t replace it without purchase of another new tire. Tire bubbled after inflating it after it went flat. Original 4 tires were under inflated when originally put on. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My alternator died on a day trip (an hour from home) on a Saturday morning. They didn’t have the part they needed, but called around to find it. Ultimately, I had to get it from a local dealership (who couldn’t put it in), but they agreed to put it the part for me. They fit me in, got me back on the road and were very kind. This really could have been a disaster of a day if they had not gone above and beyond!

Again I had amazing excellent service at Seredni. I came in late morning to get my front brakes done. I was in and out within the hour. I have had 2 vehicles that I have brought here and will continue to use them when needed. Great customer service from check in to check out. And also some friendly hellos from the bird in the lobby.

Although I have not gotten my car serviced, I’ve had the pleasure of being greeted by Sara! Excellent customer service!! The staff seems very polite.I just received my car back and I am excited to say that this auto shop will be my next home! Great job Allen! Keep up the great work Vanessa and All mechanics!!

just like all the other real reviews there is a person in their staff that is very rude and condescending that is why i will not go back definitely shouldn’t treat customers like that if u go here you will know who the person is real quick
