Sarah is our family photographer FOR LIFE!! She came highly recommended for our newborn photos and we have been coming back every year for our annual holiday photos. Her studio is warm and inviting and she is AMAZING with children. How she got our daughter to smile at 10 days old is beyond me, and she continues to get amazing shots of her every year. Her prices are very fair and she offers discounts for repeat customers. I’m glad, because that means we never have to say goodbye…just, “see you next year!”

We've used Sarah for all of our family photography starting with the newborn pictures of our oldest daughter, and now that we're expecting our third daughter, we plan to continue the tradition! We love the way she captures our family, and the fact that she has an assistant with her is so helpful as we cannot always pay attention to how every looks and is set up with the little ones running around. Would highly recommend for both her fantastic photography and well planned and executed sessions!

Sarah is simply amazing. She has done three studio newborn shoots and an outdoor special occasion family session for us. She has exquisite attention to detail, not only in her angles/lighting/editing etc., but also in her many touches of hospitalisty in her studio. She is incredibly patient with all ages and provides wonderful, warm instruction on poses during the shoot. We are so grateful we found her 6 years ago and will continue to seek her services for our future family photo needs!

Sarah Kane was a joy to work with! I have nothing but positive memories from each photo shoot. Sarah and her assistant worked their magic during the newborn shoot and kept a calm baby the whole time!
Most importantly ALL of the photos taken came out beautifully. I could not choose a favorite because they are all so good.

I recently utilized the services of Sarah Kane Photography to update my headshot photo for use on my LinkedIn and website profile pages. She made the whole process extremely user-friendly. After booking the appointment online, she provided detailed reminders and information about the location of her studio and even some tips for preparing to optimize the experience.She makes her customers feel comfortable and was very helpful in letting me preview dozens of options and proofs. Once I decided on the final photos, the turnaround time was exemplary. Updating my profile picture was a chore I’d put off for years, but Sarah Kane made the process remarkably streamlined and positive. I chose Sarah to do our maternity and newborn pictures. As a first time mother, I wanted to capture the beauty of my pregnancy. Sarah was able to make me feel like a goddess in my photos, with many different dresses to choose from and able to coach me during the photos so I could look my absolute best. When we had to reschedule due to rain, she was responsive and flexible. She was down to earth and fun to work with, and able to help me capture my visions that I described to her.She had my proofs to me within 1 week and I was absolutely in love!For the newborn photos, I felt extremely comfortable with her and her assistant handling my son. She was patient, kind, and very gentle with him. It was fun to sit back and watch her create art with her photography skills. I was able to also use a special prop and outfit I brought, which she worked seamlessly into the photos. I will treasure my photos from Sarah forever and will be using her in the future!

My experience with Sarah was fantastic! As a new mom, I was nervous as to how my daughter (almost 1 yr old) would respond to a studio, and whether the photographer would be able to keep her engaged. All of my anxiety was eased as soon as we arrived for our session. Sarah was hospitable, professional, and affectionate with my daughter. I could see her passion for her work. Photography is an art; Sarah is great with sharing her gift with her clients. The final pictures came out amazing! We have used Sarah for our 3 babies ‘milestone first year’ pictures and have done family portraits with her as well. Sarah is an exceptional photographer and a wonderful person all around. She has the patience of a saint when calmly creating beautiful newborn pictures. And it is clear she truly enjoys and takes pride in her work. Her photos are ones we cherish and hang in our home.

With a two-year-old and a seven-month-old, our hopes weren’t too high for perfect family photos. Sarah was so fun, efficient, and easy, not only did she capture truly beautiful (perfect!) family photos, it was also unexpectedly enjoyable! Even our toddler smiled. ?
