10 dollars for a socket drive adapter, I go to Harbor Freight and can buy 4 of the same ones for 5 dollars. All their prices are set at unapologetic ripoff levels.

It’s a small local store, so you don’t spend hours in there looking for something employees are friendly and helpful. And you get a free popcorn when they got fresh popcorn popping.

Great place. The selection of hardware is outstanding. They seem to have things that the big boxes are unaware of. Prices are fair and the service is great as well. More than a neighborhood hardware store for sure.

As a resident of the area, I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pleasants hardware, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and organization that was on display.I went in with a relatively simple request - to purchase some two-cycle fuel and perhaps look into buying a part for my Stihl blower. However, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully informed about my options and all the features available. She patiently explained everything to me and made sure that I was comfortable with my decision to purchase a new, larger model instead.What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the commitment to customer service that I witnessed during my visit. Not only did the manager ensure that I got an extended warranty with my purchase, but the sales specialist even filled up the tank and gave me a lesson on how to operate it.Overall, I would highly recommend Pleasants hardware to anyone looking for a top-notch shopping experience. The knowledge, professionalism, organization, and cleanliness of the store were truly impressive, and it made my visit so much easier and more enjoyable. With their stellar customer service, it's easy to see why they are such a popular destination for hardware and home improvement needs in the area.

0 stars for being the worst Stihl dealer. Very ignorant of products and warranty details. Resistant to resolving issues between Stihl and customers. Very poor business practice. This is why big box stores run you out of business,because service is all you really have left...and you don't even have that.

Nice selection and staff. They were out of items/sizes I need. For example, I needed 1/4" shrink wrap (electrical) and they had the size down and one of the size larger. They are slightly more expensive than the big box stores, but it is a much better shopping experience. The selection of fasteners is outstanding!
