“Small but nice selection of Houseplants! At the time I visited their selection of snake plants was great: birds nest snake plants, golden flame, starfish, moonshine, etc. also have a descent selection of philodendron, succulents, and pothos too. Prices fluctuate from high (Monstera varieties $100+) to reasonable $24.99 for 4-6" size plants. Also offered a wall of various decorative indoor planters (3" to 6" sizes abundant colors). Staff were friendly and the grounds inside the greenhouse and outdoors appeared to be taken care of very well-- especially the outdoor section! A place I'll definitely make note of to come back regularly. I wonder how often then update their tropical houseplant offerings? Still on the search for a dark dark syngonium (llano carti road). Thrilled to have such a wonderful place to visit and splurge on plants.”
“Fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor plants, and a wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. It's so easy to lose track of what you wanted, spend half an hour wandering around, and accidentally buy a handful of unexpected plants!Also, big big BIG shout out to Steve for his wealth of knowledge, for sharing his love of pieris, for taking the time to help me gather up everything I needed and get it all situated for a next-day pickup, and for just generally being a rockstar!”

“I had visited another Home Depot store to get stain samples for my fence. Unfortunately, the associate at that location was unable to find the correct tints in the computer. The next day, I went to the Chester location, expecting that I would get the same answer as the day prior. Albert was manning the paint counter by himself, and had several orders going at once. I thought I was going to have to explain what I was looking for, but Albert is a true professional! He knew exactly what I was asking for, and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. As I waited, I saw him completing orders for other customers, handing them their paint as they returned to the counter. He was clearly busy, but remained calm and friendly throughout! Very positive experience!!”

“I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.”
“Everything went PERFECTLY. Order for the Gas Grill was made over the Internet - Kenmore 4 Burner with Side Burner. It was delivered to my home, and person from Assembly Box (thru Home Depot) came and assembled - all done in 6 days. Wonderful. Great product that looks great. Home Depot and Assembler both gave status reports and texts, calls, e-mails, along the process/progress. I was quite impressed! This is the 3rd (same) grill I've had, usually lasts about 10 years. Burns so evenly, stays in like new appearance, and price $400 + $110 Assembly Fee is worth it and fair. Also has a large easy to take in and out grease tray. Highly recommend this product and Home Depo's Service.”
