Horrible customer service. This place has really gone downhill. Spoke with a tech today and they were extremely rude because she was "busy" and that I should call corporate. Maybe I should. Based on the other reviews for this CVS it seems to be a constant issue. Consider me no longer a customer for anything!

Seriously, if you have a choice for a pharmacy, don't use this one. They have no interest in customer service or reasonable business practices.

The pharmacist Chris D is extremely rude and needs a lesson in customer service and general professionalism. On two separate occasions I have witnessed him just being outright nasty, including to me. He has also given information that we later find out from BCBS is not the case. He also stated something about personal health and PPI out loud for all to hear. Don’t call here expecting someone to pick up the phone…it doesn’t happen. Will likely be going elsewhere. From other reviews, it seems others have the same experience.

08/07/23 the young lady at the window was so kind and helped me immensely! I thought my prescription was free and it wasn’t. She made my day by helping me through my transaction. She even looked up why it cost the price it did.

The pharmacist is a real condescending jerk. Every time we call in he has an attitude. Everyone I have a prescription sent over and I ask for an update a day or so later, he says he'll get to it when he can and hangs up. Very rude!

At any given time there is about 6 associates in the pharmacy area. However, medication aren't filled and ready. I've dealt with this pharmacy for 2 years since my accident and I've never had medication ready to pick up. I was told by a representative don't overthink my rx that the Dr called in a week ago not being filled. This is always the case ? never fails.

I'm new in town and they got my prescriptions switched over and refilled quickly. Nice, friendly, competent staff.

Been with this cvs for over 20 years but will be switching. Impossible to get someone to answer the pharmacy phone. Medications often not available when promised. Vaccine appointments been canceled several times. Wait time to pick up meds insanely long. Very dissatisfied.

I've sat on hold with no answer for over an hour on the phone multiple times, ridiculous. They give one oral syringe for multiple oral medical medications.

Had to wait a few mins after 8 am to enter the store, because they had not unlocked the door, but they didn't have a wait after getting in. Self-checkout made life easy!

Zero stars. Terrible. Unorganized, short staffed consistently. I’ve had the same two insurances for over ten years and they still bill me incorrectly EVERY time. Matthew, tech is AWFUL. He’s been there a long time, always acts as if you’re bothering him and is miserable and nasty with every interaction. No one answers the phone. 30+ minutes to pick up one Rx. I told Josh, an Asian pharmacist, that I had been on hold 20 minutes and he started laughing. Do better CVS.

I may have to transfer my prescriptions to another drug store! The drive-thru pharmacy pick up lane is always ridiculous! Plus they close the entire pharmacy for lunch. Then you finally get to the window and are greeted by a RUDE young woman with no customer skills. Today, there was no record of my refill I called in 24 hours ago and she said "well the automated system just doesn't work!" Seriously, fix it then.

It seems that in general, retail pharmacies have gone way down hill since COVID. It's nearly impossible to find a 24 hour pharmacy near you.I also don't understand why the pharmacy is closed for a lunch break when there are a half dozen employees. Most places allow people to take their breaks at different times to keep the business open. Even if there's one pharmacist, I feel like they could still provide service to people who have had their RX filled already even if the pharmacist steps out...but who knows. Even if you're already in line doing a transaction they're gonna close and not serve you if the clock strikes 130. I work in Healthcare and I haven't had a formal lunch break in about 5 years.I'll probably keep going here because it's easier and the issues with this pharmacy are not unique to just this pharmacy. The whole retail pharmacy industry is just in the toilet.

Absolutely a horrible experience every time I visited the pharmacy. They are rude and very unhelpful....especially the red-haired pharmacist. When I go to the "pharmacist assistance" window she always looks like I am bothering the s**t out of her. The tall and thin guy with that disgusting long hair always looks at everyone with a hateful look. I couldn't take it anymore so I switched pharmacies.
