Improvement is urgently needed in staffing; this is not the first time this has been obvious. My recent visit was not the first time I have been dissatisfied with CVS, but it was the worst episode. Family and friends, as well, have told me stories about their far less than satisfactory experiences with CVS and that they have either switched or will switch to a different pharmacy. The CVS staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but it took more than 2 hours of waiting in the store to receive my prescriptions. They were aware that I was in a great deal of pain. The wait was a real hardship, especially since I was promised it would take no longer than 45 minutes. After one hour had elapsed, I inquired about the progress and found that there had been no progress. I remained polite and pleasant, unlike several other customers who were quite vocal in expressing their frustration about their various plights. I hope the company will add staff to the pharmacy ASAP; the circumstances of their employment are wholly unfair to the employees.

I am very grateful for Pharmacist Patrick, who helped me ensure my elderly parents got their vaccinations yesterday. I couldn't have done it without your support! Thank you!

I wish I could give it Zero stars! The pharmacy department is the worst I’ve ever seen. They are so rude and unprofessional! They need customer service training and counseling!

If I Could I would give this a zero star. This is the worse cvs Pharmacy I been too. The prescription are always “ in progress”. The medication I need has been in progress for over 2 weeks. You try calling the store and they never pick up the phone. I waited for 45 min until someone finally answer just for them to tell me to “okay just hold” and for them to put me back on hold. The whole time I was on hold they closed the pharmacy for the day and I still was on hold. I had to call the store to figure out what was going on and they said everybody left that the pharmacy for the day. This isn’t the first time staff in the pharmacy are so unprofessional and very unwelcoming.

Drive thru pharmacy randomly closed. Inside pharmacy hours changed to 10am without any notice or reason given (supposed to be 9am). Had to wait ridiculously long to get prescription.

Something has changed at this pharmacy. I have used them for years with no problems, but over the past couple months my prescriptions have stopped getting refilled on time. When checking on the app they're just listed as "in progress" and the past two times have been for a week or more. These are not out of stock meds either. One of my Rx is very time sensitive and I've had to go up there and ask them to fill it while I wait because I was totally out. I hope they're able to get this fixed. The staff also seems very unhappy. I know that pharmacies are extremely busy and are often understaffed, but it is affecting customers greatly.

The staff at this pharmacy are very nasty attitude. Today is 5/25/23 at 5pm. I watch the pharmacist with dreads get nasty with costumer for no when they are her question about why their medication still not ready. She rolled her eyes and was just rude to them .some Costumers just left. Always one girl there who work the drop off section was nice. But the other two I watch was rude costumer stated complaining. I myself will tell you all don't go to this CVS. They need to be fired these two. not professional at all

I’ve never had problems like this before. They never get my medication’s straight, my medication always runs out when I asked to have a refill. They tell me they are short staffed and will get to it soon. I’ve been waiting over a week, they were unfriendly, smart, not in a good way, and I had a feeling that they just did not care. I will be looking for another pharmacy.

Recently I needed to get a prescription filled.I called my PCP. My PCP reviewed my chart then sent into CVS my 2 prescriptions. Not knowing that 2 prescriptions had been sent I went in to pick up my prescriptions. They only had 1.Thinking nothing of this I picked up the 1.I was currently trying to use up my extra prescription.Afterwards I would change to the NEW PRESCRIPTION.Upon opening the new prescription I read the label it read cyclobenzaparine ...take 2 as needed 4 times a day as needed. That meant that there should be 8 tablets for each day.I was surprised to have a 20 day supply. The bottle contained 30 tablets.I questioned this.I attempted to call the pharmacy...I waited for the pharmacy to answer for 20 minutes.I then decided to go up to the pharmacy to find out what happened....!Upon my arrival the pharmacy was busy. I caught the pharmacist eye. I asked about my prescription. He left at the information that he had. He showed me then said that I needed to call my provider. I did that. While talking to my provider it was found out that my prescription had been filled INCORRECTLY. It was also found out that the 2nd of 2 prescriptions for me was either never received or received but not filled or even the 2 prescriptions had been misread. This only my conclusion since my provider assured me that 2 prescriptions were sent in.1 prescription was to be taken 1 tablet ,4 times a day ( as needed for pain)The 2nd prescription was to be taken 2 tablets, 4 times a day as needed for pain. I WAS NEVER GIVEN OR SOLD THIS 2ND PRESCRIPTION.My provider had sent BOTH.I ONLY RECEIVED 1.I received 1....that read TAKE 2 BY MOUTH 4 TIMES A DAY AS NEEDED My assumption id tje following.2 prescriptions were sent.BOTH PRESCRIPTIONS HAD BEEN RECEIVED BY THE PHARMACY...THE INFORMATION ON 1 WAS INCORRECTLY ATTACHED TO THE 1 PCP I RECEIVED.THE DOSAGES HAD BEEN INTERCHANGED .THE 2ND PRESCRIPTION WAS EITHER DISCARDED OR MISLAID BY THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEE.This incident began at about 4:30 PM on Tuesday, February 21 ,2023.....IT WAS FINALLY RECONCILED SHORTLY AFTER 6:00 THAT SAME EVENING.My provider called me afterwords to make sure that the prescriptions that were received by me were CORRECT.TOGETHER MY PROVIDER AND I COMPARED THE 2 PRESCRIPTIONS THAT I HAD JUST RECEIVED FROM THE CVS PHARMACY AT 6911 WALMSLEY BOULEVARD.

Rx was 3 days overdue, website said "in process." Tried calling the pharmacy 5 times over 2 days to check on it, kept being put on indefinite hold by the automated system, so I just went in. At the pharmacy counter, despite 5 people working there, all were ignoring the incessant robot voice "One pharmacy call" over and over every 10 seconds. That explains why I couldn't call to check on my Rx. Then they were telling everyone after me to wait 30 minutes, luckily I got through fairly quickly. (Side note: my issue was that I requested 90 pills instead of 30, and they only had 60, so instead of informing me that they could partially fill my Rx, I was made to wait until I was totally out of my epilepsy medication). On my way out I saw a woman desperately trying to get the attention of any employee to help her check out.
