just called store to check on a prescription the person answered the phone and was very rude and basically just hung the phone up on me while I was asking a question about one of the refills. believe me, we dont like to call you any more than you like us calling!!!!

Always friendly and helpful. Phillip is the best he needs a raise. Excellent customer service. I won’t go to any other pharmacy.

I'm going to leave this review, minus one star for the issues O saw during my visit. First off, they are short staffed...Very short staffed in the pharmacy. Don't try calling in, I don't think they answer any calls! However, as long as you are a decent human, they will work with you to get your meds as quick as possible. Yes no one likes sitting waiting on meds, when they likely are already sick or not feeling well, but the staff here are courteous, they just need to be cloned, a few times. The gentleman running the register, I believe his name is Philip, is very good at processing the long lines and assuring customers they are being taken care of.

If I could leave 0 stars - I would. My provider sent my prescription to this pharmacy by mistake. When I contacted the pharmacy I was told they could put the medications on hold to be able to switch them to a closer pharmacy to my home; this one is 40 minutes away from my home; as I was waiting for the pharmacy tech to verify this with the pharmacist I was hung up on. When I called back the pharmacy was on lunch break. I had to wait another 30 minutes before I could call back to just see if the prescriptions could be filled there since one of the scripts would’ve had to be resubmitted by my provider. When I called back I waited on hold for over 10 minutes (I understand pharmacies are busy considering I work with them daily in the medical field I am in) however I was very rudely snapped at immediately when I gave my name and birthday just to discuss the matter and was angrily told “I already put those prescriptions back so you are gonna have to wait till tonight or tomorrow morning.” I have never been talked to so disrespectfully and rudely. Your name was RAY I believe it was and madam you are more disrespectful than my worst psych patients. If you are going to work in a career field involving customer service maybe learn some respect or find a new career. You talk to people worse than my psych patients who are in a manic state and unaware of what they are doing. Speaks volumes on who you are as a person.

This place has gotten so bad! They won't answer the phone. The rely on the automated phone system which doesn't give any info. Will only tell you it's in process. If the process is to put a few pills in a bottle that means it should be ready soon but hours later still in process !

ONE star for the techs. Maybe. This place LOST my script (which I need for medical pain issues). Spent FOUR hours trying to get it resolved. And they DO NOT answer the phone. First time through drive-thru, I could hear "9 pharmacy calls....ten pharmacy calls....twelve pharmacy calls...." When I called, pharmacy NEVER answered the phone. When I called front store, not much better, as they answered, opined about my calling them and not pharmacy, then put me on permanent hold.Thank GOD for another CVS that had dedicated individuals, who worked SO hard to get everything straight, even after I was quite upset when they first said they couldn't fill my script. Kilmarnock CVS has possibly The Most Caring employees. From the Pharmicists down, they made me thankful, they made me smile. And they resolved my issue.I like the tech staff at Bailey Bridge, but someone (many someones) is not interested in helping.

Was on hold on the phone for an hour trying to get help with a prescription and when someone finally answered the phone, the guy LITERALLY just mumbled into the phone jibberish, and when I said "Im sorry, what was that?" He mumbled again (very obviously intentionally) and I said "could you repeat that, I didnt understand what you said?" he then said VERY CLEARLY "Im gonna put you back on hold for a minute", and when he put me back on hold, 20 minutes later they hung up on me! These people are terrible!

Worse pharmacy EVER! Never answer the phones and seldom have the Rx needed. Go to Kroger, everyone! They answer the phone on the first or second ring.

I was going to use CVS at N Bailey Bridge but cannot use a pharmacy that NEVER answers the phone. I've spent days trying to get through (over the course of several weeks) and finally gave up and transferred all the prescriptions to elsewhere.I shouldn't have to drive to the store to get my questions answered.NO. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PHARMACY AT N BAILEY BRIDGE RD

The staff is like my family and the drugstore knows my name and birthdate! Good service, very well organized and attractive shelves. I go there for a number of needs and some wants like chocolates. Always a greeting with a smile.

Most terrible customer service ever. Average hold times are an hour. Texts alert me that a prescription is ready, only to arrive to find the text was a mistake. I wish my prescription coverage would still allow me to go to Kroger. Since switching to CVS it’s been a nightmare.

NEVER can get through to speak to pharmacy!!! You need to hire someone specifically to manage the phones!!! The customer service has gotten much worse over the years. Nice employees, just need more so they can answer phones!!
