They did a fantastic job on the repair, and even kindly did a little detail work on the interior and vacuumed up the ridic amount of dog hair in the back seat. We found after bringing it home that they popped an old dent that wasn't even part of the claim! If we ever need body work again, we'll bring our vehicles back to Day'z, no questions asked.”

“Wilson’s did the body work and paint on my Civic Show car back around 2004-2005. We pulled the motor and had the door jams and engine bay painted also. These photos were taken in 2023, almost 20 years after the paint job. The car has never been garaged or in a car port, it’s been in the sun for 20 years and had no issues. The color is Honda S2000 rio yellow Pearl. The car has won many shows and awards due to the amazing paint and body work done by Wilson’s. Can’t thank them enough. I will be having them do bodywork and paint on my new civic soon!”

“I recently hit a deer (luckily, at low speed since I just avoided his 4 friends) in my Audi Q5, resulting in mostly cosmetic damage to the front end, including smashed grill and a small bend in the hood. USAA sent us to Caliber, where we've had good work done in the past, and they did an awesome job. Things could have gotten complicated because the "cosmetic" damage included at least one crazy-expensive OEM headlight, which pushed it close to being "totaled" (!!) even though it was always completely drivable. Caliber worked hard to make sure we had quality OEM parts but also that the whole thing didn't get so out of hand that we lost the car, which we love. Also, instead of an estimated 3 weeks, it was done in a week and a half, with updates sent by text every few days along the way. I would highly recommend the quality of the workmanship and the service at the Midlothian Turnpike Caliber.”

“Good Day…I was in an emergency situation…No warning signs and my battery died, a miracle that God started my truck upon my prayer, the second miracle is, I called Hyman Bros Nissan in the middle of the end turnpike, spoke to Jim in the Service Dept… explain what it happened and that I was in route about 35 minutes away from the dealership coming from the other side of town, he said come on they diagnosed indeed it was my battery. Within an hour and a half diagnosis completed new battery installed and I was able to leave promptly to get home to care for my mother!Every experience since I have purchased my truck from this dealership over the last five years has been just like this one!What was unique about this time is that this was an emergency and they got me on the same day!Blessed and fortunate to know, such good compassionate, caring people!While they’re Mr. William King also assisted me with a future appointment of other important items to take care of on my truck!He and his team Marcus are unquestioned, and some of the best people I have ever known in an industry like this to work with!So grateful for everyone from sales to service with this company to work with for my auto needs!God bless you thank you Jim and William!”

“We are a family owned and operated business serving the Tri-Cities for over 47 years. We do require scheduled appointments for our estimates. We also ask the required collision questions to best determine your claim needs. Sadly we do see attempts of insurance fraud and we will not align our business with such claims.Virtual Insurance Estimates (photo estimates) are accepted but it is clearly explained that delays in the repairs time is expected due to the missed damage on the photo written estimate. So a 3 week repair can take 40 days if clear damaged is missed and the shop is waiting on Insurance payment.”

We had a supply chain problem with getting our parts in over a period of three or four months but once the parts came in, it was repaired even though they were unexpected, damages that were not caught with the initial inspection.I will say that the key fob that we gave them for our Van was damaged once it was returned to us and it won't work anymore.”
