Contacted them on a Sunday, and got a reply. I was asking prices for service and a new storage device for my laptop. Got left with no reply afterwards. It's now the following Wednesday, still no reply. Not worth the time.

Unable to contact them. Tried calling twice. Rings and then it sounds like they answer, but no audio.

All computer needs was 15 mins early for my appointment.They were very knowledgeable and were able resolve all my issues with my computer. They explained everything step by step and would highly recommend them.

First, I called the telephone number after I couldn't locate the business at the address displayed. The address displayed is the address for the UPS store at Courthouse Commons. I left a message requesting a call. I didn't receive a return call until I left an initial poor review later in the evening. Chris stated the phone call I made showed up as spam. Apparently he didn't listen to the message I left. After he apologized for the communication issue we discussed my computer issue. Chris informed me he is now residing in Houston, TX. He is using local technicians to perform work so he can continue his business. He asked if his local technician could contact me and also inquired if I could revise my review. I agreed to remove the review as long as I heard from his technician. His technician did promptly call and scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 1:00 PM. At 1:00 PM the technician was a no show. Just after 2:00 PM the technician called stating he believed he had an appointment with me and he missed it due to dealing with some personal issue. He apologized and offered to come by. I informed him I had already started two other projects and would not have time to address the computer issue. I initially informed the technician I would look at my schedule next week for options. After giving careful consideration I have decided not to use this company. Too many reliability issues have occurred. This is no way to run a company. Two strikes your out.

Chris was fantastic! We connected on a Monday and he was at my house on Tuesday working on our computer. It was a tough case but he handled it like a pro, getting it back up and running in 90 minutes. He was kind, patient and understanding with all of my questions. Very reasonable rates. Even called later in the afternoon to make sure everything was still working as it should.Highly recommend!

We thought someone had put something on our computer. Not knowing any better. We called All Computer Needs to have them look at it. They found a a remote program and did a complete check on my computer. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, professional service! Chris set up our entire computer/video/projector system, explained everything to us so we knew what he was doing and explained it in terms we could understand. He took a long time to show us how to operate everything as well.

We ran into a issue with our network. They were able to come out and find the issue with one of the cords. They were able to replace the bad cord with a new one. Definitely will recommend them.

Today was my first encounter with All Computer Needs, and it left me impressed. Not just because they were able to help me solve my laptop issues, but with their exceptional customer service. I received a prompt response to my message, along with a patient and pleasant attitude. Their services and fees were expressed clearly and politely. After listening to my computer issues, they instructed me to take some first steps before scheduling an appointment. I appreciated their willingness to do this. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the near future.
