Sellers, please avoid this company at all costs (or at least the Chester office). Two separate transactions in two years, both horrible experiences. Lazy drivers, incompetent management and ZERO customer service. Buyers do hold sellers accountable for the poor service provided by their deliver vendors. Make smarter choices!

Bad services. The employees are not very good. Their prices are expensive. A sum was deducted from the delivery to the house. Then they said, “You know, if you take it from the store, they are scammers.”

What a fiasco, im told shippment on truck coming today.. wait all day, NO SHOW.. Call next day , Told shipment out for delivery, NO SHOW.. Called again, CANT GIVE ME AN ANSWER, Told cant reach driver.. HORRIBLE experience ,, SAT HERE 2 DAYS FOR NOTHING. COMPANY HAS MANAGEMENT PROBLEM.. SHHOULD ALL GO to WORK for BANKRUPT YELLOW FREIGHT. ONE STAR TOO MANY

So delivery for dryer the truck didn’t show “truck broke down”? first scheduled time finally showed up the next day have to return dryer have scheduled pick up once for Friday they didn’t show lied said they called left voicemail actually didn’t even call rescheduled for Monday oh shocker didn’t show up didn’t call called lowes lowes said I was the second customer to call wondering where truck was ask if I wanted to call xpo and speck to someone I said no I’m good last time I spoke to probably 15 different people none of which could do anything for me he said I don’t blame you neither I or the customer could get help yall should be shut down does anybody know what th is even happening in that company how hard is it to stick to what you say you only have your word so y’all have nothing absolutely ridiculous lowes continues to use you for deliveries worst delivery service and customer service

Xpo was not able/willing to unload heavy shipment to resident address unless I unloaded! I decided to go there and have loaded into my trailer. Dock workers were very nice and helpful. Casey was one of them.I don't understand why they cannot lift gate and pallet jack at a residential address.

Desk and loaders were happy to help.Delivery was botched and they refused to adjust to the requirements of the delivery instructions.Probably good employee base, management needs some work.

Gave a 3pm - 6pm delivery window, it came and went. Called their dispatch and they cancelled the order and didn’t even tell us.Unprofessional and unreliable.

If I could leave no stars I would. Same refrain as everyone else: they miss delivery windows, claim not to know where your items are, and pass different information between the store you bought an item from and you when you call them. Shame on Lowes as well for continually contracting with a company that fails to do the job right.

Two months ago I purchased a dryer from Home Depot. XPO delivered it & ran into and dented my kitchen cabinet drawer even through my husband was trying to slow the guy down so he wouldn't hit it. I have made more than 20 calls to the company trying to get the claim resolved so I can get my cabinet fixed. I have submitted pictures and estimate. I even have Michael Cabana's name that is handling my claim. no one will let me speak to him!! This is ridiculous.

Highly disappointed with this company. I purchased a pool kit from pool warehouse and this company was the carrier. My pool kit set at the location for almost a week before it was delivered to my home in which I only live 10 minutes away. I was given 3 promised delivery dates..Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday and none of those days were fulfilled. I waited at home all day during those 3 days that the freight was set to be delivered and there was no communication related to any changes with the delivery and they NEVER SHOWED UP after I hired someone each day to help with the pool kit. I requested a call an hour prior to delivery and obviously it didnt happen and Monday morning guess what the freight arrived while there was no one at my home to help me with the pool kit. Luckily, the driver was very professional and understanding..he waited for my pool contractor to arrive to assist with the inventory and check for possible supply damages. The customer service overall was very disappointing...I called several times & was hung up on with no return call...this experience has been horrible and cost me money and inconvenienced my schedule...X PO logistics DO BETTER!!!??

I am terribly dissatisfied with XPO Logistics. A metal damp cabinet for clay work was to be delivered to our school. It was a replacement for one that XPO had damaged in a previous attempt. For three weeks in a row I would receive a notification each morning telling me that it was out for delivery, and then a second notification was received each afternoon stating that it could not be delivered. I called the phone number given in the email notification to set up an appointment, but no one ever answered. I sent emails to people listed on their website but no one ever responded.Another person in our organization was finally able to get in touch with someone at XPO and it was then claimed that the driver had tried on multiple occasions to deliver the cabinet, but no one was there to sign for it, which was wholly untrue. (I was there every day! It's a school building...) It was finally delivered to the building on a holiday, when there truly was no school. It just so happened that another faculty member was present and able to sign for it, but that was a stroke of luck.The damaged product, lack of communication, lying and outright amateurish approach to business has prompted me to leave this review. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. This was a terrible overall experience, and, based on other Google reviews of XPO logistics, I am not the only one.UPDATE: Finally got the cabinet unwrapped. It has a HOLE in the front door, several edges are obviously dented, and doors are out of alignment by nearly a half inch due to an apparent dropping. For a cabinet that is designed to hold humidity and keep clay damp, there is no way it will function as intended in its delivered condition. Thanks for nothing, XPO Logistics!

Had a refrigerator delivery scheduled through them from Lowes for a refrigerator my wife and I purchased online. We took our old refrigerator apart and put all our food in coolers so there wouldn’t be anything in the way.Driver calls and says they were unpacking it and noticed it was damaged so they could not deliver it. WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU UNPACK MY PURCHASE BEFORE TOU DELIVER IT!?!?!?Dumbest thing I have ever heard. Now the wife and I are scrambling trying to find a refrigerator.
