The toys on the tables were a mess, but the price was cheaper . Pocket books had a good selection to choose from. They did open another line when they saw the first line was long. at the recommendation of a woman whom I had seen wearing one of their outfits. I have not worn dress clothes for a very, very long time. So shopping for new clothes I was very nervous in doing this because I didn't think that I was going to find anything that was my type of clothing or shall I say style which I didn't even know my own style really. But let me tell you, I ran into the manager of the store in Chester, her name is Demeka. Not only does this woman have a wonderful personality. She brought me all of these pieces of clothing, and she waited on me hand and foot. I told her that I had been wearing jeans and t-shirts for a very long time and I just didn't know what to pick out. I kept trying on everything she was bringing me, and I absolutely loved it and even down to the shoes. I am so grateful for this woman of God. God definitely placed her in the correct place at the correct time just for me and more than likely for all the other customers that she has attended to. Thank you so much for making my visit the first one ever a very successful one you went above and beyond in the customer service department. I hope and pray you get promoted, young lady. To the district manager, although it would take you away from me and all the customers there at the store. You truly are a remarkable exceptional manager. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for helping me choose all these beautiful pieces of clothing and shoes that came from this store that you manage. I most definitely recommend this store to all the ladies. “When I'm looking for winter gloves, winter coats, workout apparel or business casual clothing, this is one of my go to stores. Regardless of the time of year, they have a decent selection. Right now, January 2024, there are slim pickings for men's and women's winter gloves and even less options for beanies. I was able to find a few items and even though there was only one cashier, the checkout process went quickly. I'll continue to shop them for most of my winter needs.”

“The young lady who color matched me did an awesome job. We tried different brands and shade and gave it time to oxidize to make sure it was the right shade. They didn’t have my foundation shade in stock, but she sent me home with enough samples to get me until my order comes in ? it was a little busy, but I’m so thankful that the associate I worked with was able to take the time to find what works best for me!”
