Both atms were down. Clerk was unable to do her job without a managers assistant. 4 people in line took 20mins to get through. Wells Fargo is a well known bank but can’t pay to have enough employees

I came in the other day to make a deposit. There was only one banker and she was helping a customer. So I'm standing there waiting, and waiting and waiting. I'm the ONLY person in line just waiting. She helped this guy for the longest time. ABSOLUTELY NO acknowledgement that I had been patiently standing there waiting. She didn't even look my way. Saying "I'll be right with you" would at least make me feel better than just standing there and NOBODY saying anything. I left and went to colonial heights

I have been a member of Wells Fargo bank for roughly 8 or nine years and up until this last year they were not charging me a fee for my checking and savings and now they charged a $12 fee which is outrageous because I have always put money in there, and I have never had to use any other broad things for anything like that! Because I don't have a lot of money left in my savings. They are charging me $12 by checking mostly goes in every month direct deposit which I thought was one of the requirements. I actually have two checks going in there every month but I have to use the money for my bills. What else would you put money in the bank so that you can write checks in there online service is great, but they charge way too much now that I don't have a lot of money left in the savings and checking accounts each month they charge me $12 a month

Although they are one of the largest banks in the world, they do not offer standard signature services to account holders. A few months ago I needed a medallion stamp, which they have stopped providing. They also refused to sign an employment document that requested a bank professional's signature this week. Will be switching banks as soon as possible after my experience today; their account/credit card terms are not better than any other bank and they are way behind in customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This branch literally has the most amazing people I’ve ever encountered. The service is always great. I always feel welcome. In a short amount of time, they can make you feel like family. Absolutely love them all.

Banked with them for years without a problem. Then they suddenly started having issues with my depositing checks under my DBA. Their explanation did not explain the progressive difficulty I had in making deposits over about a month span. It was very strange. I believe the management has changed for the worst. Would not recommend them under current management. Very corporate atmosphere with very poor customer service. If they had a legitimate issue, which I do not believe that they did, they treated me in the most intrusive and humiliating way possible.
