I’m used to Wawa being respectful, and looking out for their customers. I called and asked about something in stock and was rudely told to just come look because they cannot disclose that type of information, but if that’s so true, how come 3 other Wawa’s DISCLOSED THAT exact information. I just wanted to know one thing so I didn’t have to waste anymore gas going to more wawas and Sheetz to find out they’re out of what I need. Wawa is supposed to be about making their customers happy. Customer is always right. Why do I have to come all the way down there to find out if you have something when you can check real quick?

I ordered from the Kiosk. Corn bread was prepackaged and tiny (OK tasting), the chili gave me the immediate runs (decent tasting though), and the burrito looks like it was in a traffic accident (not good tasting, see pic).What good is fast service when they can’t take the time to properly construct, then bake the burrito??

I tried their new pizza. I got the sausage & pepperoni with the garlic crust. It was cooked to perfection & delicious!! And I only had to wait maybe 10 to 12 minutes. I seriously was expecting a longer wait for a freshly cooked pizza. I love this Enon Wawa, and I'll be back soon for another pizza. LOL.

There was a black lady who was working at the sand which station who was very rude on 7/1/23 at around 3:30. She barely put any tomatoes on my turkey sand which. She only legit only put one and a half slices… she put a lot more meat and the whole ratio was off and the sand which was dry. I paid $1 extra for avocado and she didn’t put any. She took my mother’s main receipt instead of the one for her salad. My mother had already paid and she was treating my mother like a thief. The irony considering the worker was black and we’re both minorities. WAWA, please do better and fire your racist workers. This is the third location where something like this has happened, do BETTER.

Great place to grab some gas or snacks but I would avoid getting food from 4:30pm to 6:00pm, they WILL take their time making some items such as sandwiches or anything hot food relatedNo sense of urgency when it comes to completing orders and will have 6 people waiting for longer than 10 minutes

The store was not busy at all. I ordered two milkshakes. After paying and then a long wait, I was told one was made was then they ran out of ice cream. Then the manager (Lindy, Linda?) came out to give me a refund and then I realized the one given to me was basically vanilla soup. She credited the card. No apology from anyone!!! They didn't run out of ice cream stuff, they just didn't pour it in the machine because I watched him do it. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes and "we can do it all over again" said the "manager." Employees are far more concerned with each other than customers. Things happen...I get it. At least give me a "sorry about that" or "sorry for your bad luck"...something.Terrible management. Go 5 minutes down the road to the Chester location at Rt. 10/Rt. 1; it's a whole different world and a great store. This location- avoid like it's Covid.

This is a busy location, as many Wawa's are, however this location has the worst hot beverage center. The employees are always appearing overwhelmed and it reflects in their efforts to maintain the coffee, I have had several bad experiences where no coffee is in any of the self serve coffee containers, and when u alert the staff their focus is more on custom and online orders. It's probably best you have more than an in and out expectation when it comes to the Hot beverage bar, my suggestion is make your order online before you come and you may have a better experience than I had.

Most times I have no problems with the usual staff but always always always check your order before you leave. Depending on who they have working you will not get what you paid for, some people do not read tickets. I've ordered a Philly cheese steak, gave it to me with no meat and many similar happenings.

If you don’t have the items someone has asked for on a mobile order, don’t just pick random things and put them in the bag. Wrong chips and vitamin water.
