Edit: It is March 13th, we are still waiting for a full resolution but the employees have stepped up and done their best to get things corrected since the original review. This is still more hassle than any customer should have to go through and I've had to make several more trips to the store and looks like I'll be making another since nobody will answer the phone.Since December 21, we have been in this location no less than 8 times trying to get our bill corrected that they royally screwed up. A manager is never there, every employee has told us something different. We have tried calling Verizon and they believe the employees at this location are thieves that are possibly taking the products we returned or never received and reselling them. However, those products are still on our bill and Verizon is refusing to do anything about it. Our bill should be around $200 and is now over $1000. Nobody wants to help us and we are at our wits end. I don't recommend anybody ever steps foot in this retailer unless you want to lose your ever loving mind!

I went back the store frustrated about a brand new iPhone 15 pro I just purchased yesterday. Expecting the worst, however. Gabby was extremely professional & very patient with me. Esah was amazing! First time purchasing an iPhone for myself and my son. Was immediately greeted upon entering the store and was being helped within 5 minutes. He was professional, efficient and was able to help me with all of my questions and needs for a successful visit. He and the other male associate were also fun to talk to throughout the process. I will be going back to this location for all of my future Verizon needs! Highly recommend.

Dear Verizon Managers,This afternoon, I had a great experience here at your store on Branders Bridge in Chester, VA. Fortunately, the store wasn’t crowded and I was assisted by Gabby (Gabrielle Jackson). She was very customer courteous and efficient. Gabby’s pleasant manner and understanding of the technical aspect of Verizon products made my purchase of a new cell phone very easy.In a very short time, she ordered my new cell phone and let me know she would transfer my data from my current cell to the new one. When I purchased my current cell phone, the representative said that I needed to transfer the data myself. He may have handed instructions to me. Lexi was awesome in providing U.S. assistance with our issue with our sons older phone. She not only troubleshooted the issue with the old phone but looked at our account and provided us new phones with greater service for around the same price.
