I had the great pleasure of having CJ at the Hundred Rd location in Chester upgrade my phone recently. It was the most satisfying retail experience I have had in many years. He is knowledgeable, knows how to explain the various issues without being condescending, is patient and courteous. I hope he is still there the next time I upgrade my phone!

The Verizon store representative, CJ Bradley, provided excellent customer service in assisting my wife and I in upgrading of our new phones. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in providing the best customer service that I have ever received. He did not pressure, nor persuade us in any form of choosing what plan that would fit our needs for my family. Very customer friendly and he listened to what our needs were before providing suggestions or recommendations.

My experience at the Verizon store site located at 2621 West Hundred Rd yesterday was simply the best experience I’ve ever had at any Verizon store since switching over to their Service years ago. The wireless Sales Consultant (CJ Bradley) provided my husband and I excellent customer service. He truly made the process to upgrade our phones, stress free from start to finish.
He is a true asset to the company and should definitely be in a position where he can train others. Mr. Bradley deserves respect and appreciation from his peers for his leadership skills. If you are in the Chester area, and looking for quality customer service, I highly recommend this Verizon Wireless Service Sales Consultant. Ask for CJ Bradley.

If you are planning to move EVER, don't get FiOS Internet. I've been sent running around for the past WEEK trying to cancel and get the equipment back to Verizon. Now, apparently, I'm headed to the UPS store because Verizon doesn't accept it's own equipment returned. Horrible experience. This is not what I need to be focusing on during a move! 0/10, Do Not Recommend.

Came in to switching out my iphones GEREMIAS BENCOMO really helped me with an amazing great service, instead of switching phones, he told me that i could get a brand new iphone for a cheaper and better plan, and i said lets do it, he was really sweet and knowledgeable and respectful, have never had such an amazing service until i met GEREMIAS, i would 10/10 recommend HIM to everyone that comes to this location and Daniel if you see this , GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!

Really great experience, Daniel was the best!! He took all the time I needed to understand all the options. He didn't pressure me to get anything I really didn't need, but, he did listen to the things I wanted and helped guide me to the things that would benefit me the best!! I will be a repeat customer and I will always ask for Daniel to help me.
