Kara at the Chester salon done an excellent job on coloring my hair today. It was a great experience. When I went to checkout and realized my trim...because I only had her trim the dead ends not cut my hair was $42 that ruined my whole experience. It is unacceptable for a haircut to cost $42. I really like Kara and was planning to go back but $42 for a haircut is overly priced.

i used to go to this location and found NICOLE doing eyebrow waxing and tinting and came religiously to see her. I called to book an appointment and they would not let me and told me she left also would not tell me where she went. Thankfully found her at JCPENNEY IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS SALON through social media. Will definitely go there to see her

I used to love Ulta. Today was the last straw, I’m not spending money here anymore. I waited patiently for a locked product. For 10 minutes. There were staff helping people up front, staff in the back chit chatting near the salon. I went to the salon to ask if they could help (I didn’t know if it was like a different department). Whoever answered was rude, told me to go wait by the fragrance and that “someone will be over there.” She rolled her eyes at me and then proceeded to talk to the woman next to her. Very disappointing. I was there to buy a bottle of Very Good Girl - guess I’m going to Macy’s!

It was my first time using their beauty salon services, and I have nothing but positive marks. I was taken care of by Jomarie, who was the sweetest! I have been trying to find a hair stylist since I moved here two years ago, and I am so impressed with Jomarie that I will return as a regular! Thank you, Jomarie!

Keona cut my daughter’s hair and she was absolutely amazing!! My daughter decided to take her hair into her own hands and take scissors to it and Keona saved the day! It looks great and she was such a pleasure talking to. Highly recommend.
