I sat for over 45min in cold water waiting for a tech. When I was about to leave someone finally helped me. When I told them I would want a full set instead of a manicure that I originally asked for it became an issue. So they started talking badly about me changing my mind. Keep in mind that google translate is a thing.

Lily is very sweet as is all her ladies . Lily these her time and dose a really good job. I myself are not crazy about the gel nails . I would rather have the aquatic nails which l will request next time

Nice decor and friendly staff; however the cleanliness and sterilization is very poor. No sterilization of Manicure and Pedicure supplies used nor do they use disposable supplies. They rinse the pedicure supplies used in your dirty water that your feet soak in and place back in the drawer and use on the next customer. All manicure supplies are reusable and not cleaned or sterilized between customers. Poor review for cleanliness.

I wanted to get my wife a gift for her birthday and decided to checkout the service - they did not disappoint. The friendly staff handled me with care and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend for men and women. I haven’t tried the message package yet but I’ll post soon as I do.

Smells wonderful. Staff is extremely pleasant and nice. Had eyebrows waxed, ended with a brief forehead massage. So relaxating!

Lilly was nice and professional. She did my nails exactly as I requested. My pedicure was lackluster and I didn’t care for the person who did my feet. But I’d go back to work with Lilly.

My pedicure looks great, so there’s that, but today was my first “mom’s day out” in over a year after having a baby & I REALLY needed a decent massage & stone treatment, which was severely lacking despite the fact that I ordered that package & paid extra for it. It was less than a minute with the stones, maybe 2 minutes total massage, and all products came as finger scoops out of a large jar. Not personalized portions, and I question the sterilization processes. Towels were tattered, etc. The environment was nice, building is modern. I just really needed that hot stone treatment & massage to be better, and the lotion products to be higher quality.Service: Pedicure
